"A little dirty floor in the bathroom. But, it's okay here. Two soaps and everything. Two waters. Not bad option from nothing. Very convenient mattress. You can smoke at a common lodge."

Amazing
RRejane EsmanhotoThis place is wonderful, you immediately feel at home. Mango manages it with love and effort. Everything is new and clean, room is big, bed is comfortable and has everything you need (plug, lamp, shelf, curtain, even hanger), locker inside the room, good shower. Thereâs a common kitchen with water, coffee, tea and biscuits all the time, microwave, toaster and fridge. Upstairs thereâs a big bar and sofa, a great place to hang out or even work. Yoga mats available too if you want. You can park bike for free. Close to everything you might need in Baan Tai. Iâve been in many hostels around Asia and this is one of the best cared for I've ever been. If you need anything, Mango is really open to help you and arrange whatever you need. Even before coming, I booked the wrong night and it was not possible to change on Trip, but I contacted them via email and they immediately fixed it for me. Booked for one night and ended up extending. I recommend with my eyes closed.
GGuest UserHonestly best hostel in Koh Tao. Staff are fantastic thereâs lots of hang out space and parking. The rooms are consistently spotless. Really made my trip. Would recommend no other hostel on island compared. I stayed in another before hand and it cost more for way less.
They have a bar too with good prices.
AAnonymous UserI started to book the wrong room. The proprietress was very intimate to change me to a girl room. Stayed for 11 nights and had a discount at the restaurant downstairs. I thought that many people couldn't sleep well, but there was no problem in a few days.
LLivesofrealexpatsEcho Beach Hostel truly matches his name. With a large sitting area in the sand and located directly on the beach, you canât find a better place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bar has everything you need at reasonable prices. Itâs quick and easy to get to most of the hot spots around town and you can grab an amazing breakfast at Bubbas right across the street.
However the highlight was the party board in the common room, that lists all the best parties on the island every day of the week!
GGuest UserExpensive, but for a room with 18 people, surprisingly decent. There is a club playing music until late, but earplugs were effective for me. Fellow travelers were quiet and respectful. I was the only female in the toom, and felt comfortable. The building is a bit tucked away so the walk can feel long at night.
MMargarita1The room is suitable for an overnight stay for a couple of days, but we really lacked space, space for things. In general, the hostel is good, it is located on a cozy street with various cafes, a couple of minutes to the beach
IIsla FranklinLocation is really good, right on the beach and right in town. Would recommend getting a bike here as you can park directly in front of your little bungalow.
The bungalows are quiet but very small, the bathroom is also tiny and has a little shower right next to the toilet.
The locks on the doors are also weird.
I do think itâs slightly overpriced but overall we had a nice stay here.
