Phuket Hostels

The host was very nice and provided us with free breakfast. I even asked the host to receive my package for me since I couldn't buy the Thailand-exclusive PPMt (a type of Thai perfume) haha ​​🙏🏻 The location was easy to find, and the check-in process was clear. It wasn't near a main road, so there was little noise and a high level of safety. It's about a 15-minute walk to Kata Beach, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby where you can buy food, drinks, and daily necessities. It's about a 10-minute walk to the airport bus station and the songthaew (shared taxi) station to Phuket Town. Taxis in Phuket are a bit expensive, so we used public transportation. The journeys are quite long, but if you're not in a hurry, you can take your time. Some of the room's facilities were a bit old, but it was very clean, and the whole building smelled nice. It was a very pleasant Chinese New Year trip – I really hope I have the chance to come back again!!

My initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

It was an amazing experience! The location is super convenient – right next to the mall and the night market. There's really everything you need right there. It might be a little noisy if you're looking for a super peaceful stay, though. They have live music every night right outside the hotel. Games, Pool Table, Mini Pantry, Accessible Kitchen.

********* the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

My first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean. That is all you can see. Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules. If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪 Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money. This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁 They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

Good clean and neat all facilities available I stayed at this hostel for four days, and I really liked it a lot. The hostel is very clean, neat, and well-maintained. It offers many facilities, which made the stay comfortable. For hot water, they have a water dispenser that provides both hot and cold water. Tea, coffee, and sugar are also available for guests. Overall, almost all necessary facilities are provided. The only thing missing was a toaster, but everything else was very good. The hostel is clean, the environment is pleasant, and it is located close to the main road. It is also very near to the airport—you can even walk to the airport. I personally walked to the airport and back, and it was very convenient. I really liked the place, the atmosphere is clean and friendly, and I would highly recommend this hostel to others. If you are looking for a place to stay, I recommend staying here. I rented one bed, staying two days first and then another two days.

Centrally located, close to the market and public park. The built-in single beds are spacious, almost like queen-sized beds, so there's not much disturbance from roommates getting in and out of bed. There's a common area for relaxing and watching TV with internet-connected TV. The internet signal is strong, which I liked.

the location is ideal for patong budget backpackers, but the room is crowded and smelly, and with a lot of noise. the self check in system is nice as your name will be displayed on the tv outside displaying your assigned bed. they do give free towel and small luggage storage with a lock enough to keep a backpack for valuables like laptop or wallet

We stayed for a one-night visit and overall the experience was fine, with clean facilities and everything generally in good condition. However, the main issue occurred during check-in. Upon arrival, we found the reception area closed with a “closed” sign displayed, and there was no clear way to contact the hotel staff by phone or otherwise. This was quite inconvenient, especially after traveling and arriving with luggage. After waiting for around an hour, the staff eventually returned and reopened the check-in counter. They explained that they had been upstairs carrying out maintenance work, which unfortunately left guests unattended at the front desk during that time. While the stay itself was otherwise comfortable and acceptable, the lack of availability at check-in and poor communication upon arrival significantly affected the first impression. Improving front desk coverage or providing a clear contact method during temporary closures would greatly enhance the guest experience.

This is my second time staying here and everything was perfect. The service was great, the place was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Plus, breakfast is included. I would definitely come back again without a doubt.
