GGuest UserAfter a very long day of travel I arrived at the hotel to find that I had made the reservation for the wrong night and they were sold out. I must have done something right that day because Linda the desk attendant told me that they actually had a no show. The problem was that I had made the reservation through a third party. Now Linda could have blown me off but she picked up the phone to help me out. It wasn’t easy and I had to go to the car and get my credit card. When I came back Linda was just walking out for a break. I said they are just going to cancel it. She turned around and went back behind the counter and took care of it. I am impressed and thankful that Linda was behind the counter last night. If I owned a hotel I would hire her to train the staff. Thanks Linda you saved the day. Actually the night!!!!
RronsU7274GQThe room we received was clean,nice bed, coffee pot-cleaned, coffee and tea, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, flat screen TV, two chairs, a desk, extra soaps and shampoos, towels were fully stocked, looked as if the floors were new and they Allow pets! All this for $67 plus tax? Why would anyone want to spend more unless they don't care about wasting money. We went to get a night's rest and that is what we got. Oh yeah, breakfast with waffles 🧇, is also Included!! Kathy at the front desk was very helpful and super knowledgeable about the location and the city. I've included some pictures of the room. Enjoy
