Muwa is a stylish and professional young hotel with an edgy yet luxurious design. Hito’s food is amazing from breakfast to dinner. It was one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had in Japan. The flavours are perfectly balanced and the pork is tender and not oily at all. What really stood out was the attentive service. The lady and manager who served us dinner were incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cared about our experience. We especially wanted to thank Ran and Dylan for their warm hospitality. They made us feel right at home and prepared a birthday fruit platter and wine for my special day. The room was very new and spotlessly clean. We had a great night’s sleep and thoroughly enjoyed the onsen. The body wash and shampoo were from Aesop, which added to the luxurious feel. We’ll definitely be returning to this high-quality and customer-centric hotel in the future.

I was looking forward to my stay in Setsu Niseko but I feel disappointed with their breakfast. Maybe it’s green season, breakfast choices is based on Ala carte and very limited to same menu; kids have to eat the same thing everyday, no other choice. Parking: no complimentary parking for hotel guest, you have to pay JPY2000/day. Pro: room is spacious, onsen is good, hotel is very clean!

The best choice for those who want to see snow and play in the snow but not ski in Niseko. The hotel is very quiet. There are only 18 rooms. The room you book includes breakfast and dinner. There are ********* service staff who can speak Chinese. Once you arrive at the hotel, they will give you a detailed introduction to the arrangements for breakfast and dinner and hotel details. Breakfast is a 2-choice Chinese/Western set meal, and dinner has Japanese Sukiyaki/Western choices (four adults chose 2 Sukiyaki and 2 Western dishes, which were very delicious). The room is 75 square meters, and the design is very user-friendly. There is even a washing machine in each room. You can see the snow scenery of Mt. Yotei by opening the balcony door. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while soaking in the hot spring. It is really worth staying for 1-2 nights. The hotel also has 24-hour tea and refreshments in the lobby. There is also a Japanese-made handicraft area for sale. There is a large area of ​​snow just outside the hotel, and children can have a lot of fun. In short, it is a very memorable and recommended Japanese inn.

The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos. The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel. The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware. The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
