Lanzhou Hotels with Hot Tub

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

The room is very clean, the space is also large, the hot water is sufficient, the air conditioning is also very good, the room soundproofing is also very good, the hotel mattress is very comfortable, the toiletries smell very good, the hotel service is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The beef ramen is delicious, the lobby decoration is magnificent, the front desk check-in is very fast and friendly, and helped me upgrade the room type for free. The service is very thoughtful, I like it very much, the room is large, the bed is also large, it is very comfortable to sleep, and it is also very quiet, the sound insulation is good, the parking is also convenient, and the cost performance is high. I booked this hotel during the May Day holiday and stayed for two days. I felt really good. The check-in was fast, and a lady served me black tea. After that, she helped me take my luggage to the room, introduced a series of value-added services of the hotel, and took the initiative to add contact information to facilitate the service and give us a better experience. A fruit plate will be delivered to the room every afternoon. If you need a humidifier, foot bath bucket, milk, bread, etc., you can tell the front desk, and it will be delivered to the room at any time. The lady will ask me every day if I need anything or sweet soup. I was really touched by their service. When I checked out, they also gave me souvenirs and mineral water. I was really satisfied.

Orange Crystal is pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, very close to Lanzhou West Station, the taxi starting price is about ten minutes walk. In the evening, you can go to Zhongshan Bridge to see the night view, and go to Xinguang Night Market to eat some snacks. It is also very close to Gansu Provincial Museum, where you can see the museum's BMW Stepping on Flying Swallow and learn about the history of the Hexi Corridor.

Although it was the first time to come to this hotel, the caring service of the front desk made me quickly familiar with this hotel, parking issues and the surrounding areas. There are many delicious foods nearby, with various local specialties. The lobby has a good decoration style and complete facilities. The room has floor heating in winter, and the temperature is very suitable and comfortable. The house is well ventilated, with independent parking spaces, 24-hour hot water is very comfortable, the location is obviously easy to find, close to the subway and bus stations, and it is very easy to get a taxi. The wifi speed is fast, the sound insulation effect is very good, it is very quiet and there is no noise. The elevator has access control, and there are security guards on duty at night. It is very safe, the facilities are in place, and I am very satisfied with this stay. The overall is great, the room is also very large, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and quiet in the bustling! I will also recommend this hotel to others to stay!

酒店地理位置好,交通方便,酒店不遠處就有萬達茂購物中心,非常方便,住的很安全,很放心,酒店還有洗衣房和健身房,裏面設施配備齊全,非常好！！！距離奧體中心非常近，走路就能到達，方便快捷，酒店設施很人性化，服務很好，很貼心！房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，入住時有告知酒店蘭州比較乾燥，客房大姐還很貼心的給我房間多放了幾瓶水，這點做的很棒！5星好評！

What attracts me to live two days in a row is definitely those warm and gentle faces from reception desk once you entered the lobby. Every staff is well trained and disciplined, they would generally solve every of your requests. Facilities and lightings are also new and sophisticated, making me feel homey and welcomed. Would love to live here again next time I visit Lanzhou.

Advantages: 1. The room is very big. 2. I met the staff doing the cleaning, and confirmed that the linens were indeed changed for each guest! 3. It is very close to the shopping mall, food court, and airport. 4. The service is nice. Disadvantages: The lobby and the room are not non-smoking. P.S. The breakfast at 8:00 is quite rich and the taste is above average. There are specialty seed melon and yogurt! Ramen is also freshly made, but Lanzhou ramen almost does not contain beef, and the beef is only injured on the skin.

The room is still old, but it is very quiet. The room I originally booked was too small. Later, I communicated with the front desk and upgraded to a larger room for free, which is still very good. However, the welcome fruit was too mini, 1 orange 🍊 5 small tomatoes 🍅, shouldn't it be more generous? Anyway, the room price went up during the May Day holiday, how much fruit can be used? I am not very satisfied with this.
