The reception staff were very helpful and kind as I was feeling unwell. They checked us in quickly and I went to rest. The hotel is located on the river but we had a city view room. There are complaints about the noise and that the building is an office block, but we didn't find this a problem. We will definitely go back as we had such a short time there. The view from the hotel across the river at night is beautiful.

After a day of touring the Three Gorges Dam, I was a little tired. I finally checked in at the hotel. It was very convenient to follow the navigation. The underground parking lot was clearly marked and free. I quickly found the lobby, registered my ID card, and added a protective case. I also took a children's toothbrush and slippers. Facilities are old but clean, good location. Housekeeping teams are good, but the front desk needs more training.
Overall, Ramada CBD is still a good choice if you are looking for international chains with certain service standards.
