The hotel is located in the golf course area and is also close to the high-speed exit, about 2 km. The hotel is atmospheric and has a good free buffet. I booked a suite. There is a large living room outside, with a dining table, sofa, bathroom between the living room and the bedroom, and a simple kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffee, pool). The hotel is clean and free parking, highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. The water supply was stopped from 10pm on the night we checked in to 12am the next morning. Fortunately, the hotel front desk had notified us in advance. Otherwise, we would have no water to use when we got up at 3 a.m. to catch a flight the next morning.

Had the pleasure of staying at the hotel early May. From the beginning being picked up at the Airport by Monty could tell this was a very nice place He is so friendly and full of information with a smile that goes on forever. ! We were checked in by Marion Brayboy who was available to us for our many questions during the day- always smiling and tolerant đ. This is a nice older hotel that has conference rooms available. It also has a restaurant where the food was delicious. Marie made the dinner even better. So pleasant and accommodating to our every whim. Also there is a bar attached that has televisions so you donât have to miss a game. Louis was also great to work with. The beds were very comfortable and for the first time in a long time the hotel pillows were great. If youâre ever headed that way, this is the place to stay.

The location of the hotel is great. The parking is nice. The building is great. The worst issue it the excessive amount of dogs. I can appreciate pets and dogs, but as someone with allergies, I am sick every time I stay at a Hilton Brand hotel. There are dogs in the lobby, lots of them. There are dogs at breakfast and in the eating areas. I was told by staff that dogs, large, small, fat, tall can be in any and every room. As a Hilton member for 20 years, I am to the point of not being able to stay at Hilton Brand hotels. The dog issue would be better if some rooms were dog-only rooms and some floors were pet-only floors. As someone with severe allergies, we should not have to stay in a room where large dogs had stayed. I am sick for a week after staying at a Hilton brand hotel. Second issue, was the rotating staff at breakfast. Every other day, the staff was nice. The opposite days, watch out. One day they ran out of milk and the lady bit the head off the man who asked to please get some more. Another man asked for coffee and she did the same to him. He slunk off and said...âI guess I will just have decaf...â Final issue, there seemed to be a large number of people staying at this location who were under some sort of state or federal subsidized program that were there staying there while having work done on their homes. While that is all well and good, these individuals tended to hoard large amounts of food at any time food was offered... one lady took five bananas, another had multiple bowls of items covered with napkins to take away... day after day after day. If you are interested in a fresh banana, you had to go into full assault mode to be able to get it before she took a handful... while we are all in this together, it is challenging when most guests are paying full price for a nice hotel stay...

We enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!

The holes has lots of outside work going on. Inside was clean and room was nice. The disappointment was BREAKFAST is NOT INCLUDED. We stay at many Courtyards and most if not all include breakfast. Even there website says breakfast is included. Well, we will not be staying here again.

CCarla ChristieThis hotel is really nice. There's a huge restaurant called Twin Peaks maybe 100 feet from this hotel so you don't have to go far for food. The front desk was nice. I had to wait for my room to be ready but that wasn't so bad. I booked a king bed room. The room was very spacious. It was very clean and had great lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel provides shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the room just in case you forget yours. There's a nice sized TV in the room and decent channels. There's comfortable seating in the room as well. It was extremely quiet and I loved that.. Overall I like my stay.
BBatesExtremely kind and accommodating front desk, both at check in and out. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great and the service went above and beyond, even took my daughterâs plate to microwave the shredded cheese she had put on her eggs.
Thank you to all the staff for their service.
GGuest UserI originally booked a nearby budget hotel/motel that turned out to be a complete disaster. For only a few more dollars per night, I moved to the Best Western Plus Greenville, but it felt like I had discovered the Ritz-Carlton Greenville! I don't know when this hotel was built, but it certainly looked almost brand new. It was clean and beautifully decorated. And the walk-in shower -- well, I could've spent a couple of hours in there! Staying here redeemed the rest of my vacation in Greenville! Thanks!
GGuest UserWe stayed here last weekend. I can't say enough about our experience. The hotel was extremely clean, as was our room. Every member of the staff was kind and attentive. I'd like to specifically mention how courteous, wonderful and accommodating Lanita was. She is a ray of sunshine and went above and beyond for us and every other person she encountered. It was great to walk everywhere and leave the car parked while we were there. The location is perfect and the hotel is a great value. We will be back!!
RRenzo RI checked in for what was supposed to be a 5 night stay. The morning after the first night I reported to the gentleman at the front desk that my AC was making a very loud and annoying rattle noise; I was unable to sleep due to it. The gentleman at the desk assured me that it would be reported; he wrote the room number down and I went on my way. Upon returning that evening I discovered that the room had not been cleaned (although a leaflet that I was given upon check in stated that the rooms are cleaned daily and it was also on the electronic announcements board in the front desk and lobby) then I heard the AC kick in and the rattle was still there; so nobody had come into the room to clean or to repair the AC. I called the front desk and a lady told me that the rooms did not get cleaned daily but that it was inspected by house keeping and if it needed to be cleaned they would clean it(That was contrary to what was advertised and my personal experience at other HI hotels) After another sleepless night; I decided to check out that morning. I went to another hotel. I sent two emails one to the email address on the business card for the GM for the location and one to the email provided by the website and I never heard anything in regards to my concerns.
Before I go into details I do want to say that the person at the front desk was kind enough to comp our stay due to the inconvenience. When arriving there are signs saying âtheir remodelingâ despite this the hotel looks well kept when you first get there, however, the hallways smell old and musty and a faint cigarette smell. The room was not properly cleaned, the towels were stained and the room didnât look like the pictures at all. The shower was stained yellow and a dingy red on the corners, plus there was hair in the shower. The blinds didnât completely black out the light coming into the room which didnât allow us to get a good rest. Overall we wouldnât stay here again but grateful for the person at the front desk who was understanding and did refund us.
BBruce FredricsThe snacks were too limited. The TV did not work much of the time. For a Deluxe King room, it was smaller than expected. One lamp did not work until if I discovered that it was unplugged. The bed covers were too light, too thin, and I had to use my own blanket, which I then forgot about and left in the room at checkout. The breakfast time ended too early at just 9:00 am. The keys to the lock did not work and had to be reconfigured. Over all it was ok for the money, but I will look for other hotels next time. The hotel seems like it needs better care inside and outside.
This was an Excellent CHOICE for us. I had made one mistake in booking this room but the manager and Ms. Rena were so gracious and accommodating it made our stay there one of the best we've had. We want to give a Shout Out to Rena AND the manager. We are so grateful for them. GREAT place to stay.
PPaul SWe stayed here last year and I said it was a nice place but needed a fridge and a microwave to make it great Well what do you know, a fridge and a microwave greeted us. Still had a funky smell and some very loud guests (hence the half star). Overall however significantly better than last time .... well worth the stay
GGuest UserI stayed here for four days. The first room I got had two full beds and had an AC unit that was very worn and barely worked. I request a move to a king bed for my last two days and it was a cleaner room with good AC. They also gave me a courtesy by charging me the same rate on the king room as the two fulls. The front desk is friendly. Overall, the place is clean and quiet at night and a few people were walking their dogs around the property. It's close to the interstate but you can barely hear any traffic noise. The hotel itself is tucked back into the woods. I wish the WiFi was a little faster but it got the job done. There is a QuikTrip nearby for all your snacking needs.
