#positive #I was happy with the Soundproofing, Natural Light in the Room, Bed Comfort Level, Toiletries; Personally, I don't like to stay in downtown, I like the countryside environment. The only downside of the hotel is that there is no free parking lot

Great experience! Thank you to the valet service and team here at the hotel. They made my work trip very enjoyable, even though I was working long hours. Juda, Nick and Tristan were very helpful at valet! I appreciate them and their efforts. It helps to have a good team when working so much and out of town.

Ahmonjae was very helpful with our valet services. He was the first person to greet us when we pulled in and was ready to help in anyway possible. Currently still staying but having that be the first interaction made us more comfortable with our choice in a place to stay!

Hotel customer service is horrible. Valet parking left our vehicle in a non-parking zone on the street after taking our keys. Received a $70 ticket from the city of Houston. Front desk said there is nothing they can do. Tried for weeks to reach a manager named Cotton Sharloh. After several weeks of calling/voicemails to Cotton with her not answering the phone or returning calls, the fine has now had a penalty and rose to $105. Paid fine and still no word back from the hotel.

The hotel was great but valet was exceptional!! Jordan was so timely with grabbing my vehicle for me and putting it up. I felt that my car was in great care. He was very polite and friendly. On top of it with every customer I saw him interact with. Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Top notch service and I’ll definitely be visiting again. Hoping that Jordan and the rest of the great staff will be there when I do. Thank you for all that you do, valet!
