就在惠州西湖邊上，樓下還有自己的書吧，非常適合休閑度假，喝茶賞景看書，旁邊還有一條街的美食，非常方便，我們早上很早的飛機，老闆還貼心的準備了牛奶麪包

房間很滿意，和我預想的一樣，很適合住，就是在房間發呆也挺好，樓下書吧的書也可借到房間看，民宿的西餐廳出品也相當好，反正我吃得挺滿足！

臨時在惠州歇腳，觀湖書院的環境和服務都超出預期，雨天又是較晚入駐，羅管家和肖管家貼心的幫我們換了更適合的房型，房間衞生細節打掃的很好。書院不是噱頭，真是超多書可以隨意看，帶孩子一點不枯燥了，一線湖景的的位置，早上繞湖散步，看各種水鳥掠湖而過，西湖美景讓人舒暢！

房間設施一般，從周邊民宿來看環境是還不錯的。本來是衝著窗外湖景訂的房間，結果房間在北面 ，一拉開窗簾映入眼簾的是廉價的綠毯屋頂，有些遺憾。

在這個民宿定了兩間房，非常滿意。
第一是位置好，就對着西湖，在餐廳裏可以看到正面牆的湖光山色，很美。不過我們更在意私隱，所以定了帶平台院子不面湖的房間，房間有個小平台，七夕晚上吃點東西喝點啤酒，很舒服。第二就是服務好。民宿的客服管家服務非常細緻，有問必答，讓人有一種回家的感覺。第三就是乾淨且注重細節。比較感動的細節是洗手間置物架和掛鈎都很多，洗手池對應的鏡子是可以亮燈的，最讓人感動的細節是，在茶几上，除了備有茶和咖啡外，還備有耳塞眼罩等東西。枕頭有兩套，軟硬可以選，床墊也軟硬適度，睡覺很舒服。這些小細節都讓人覺得很温暖舒適。唯一的不足就是停車不方便，我們去的時候停不進去少年宮，衹能停到潤宇廣場，走路還有七八分鐘，還是有點距離的。不過瑕不掩瑜，下次再去還會再住的。另外我們一家三口去，定的兩間房剛好是對門，既有獨立的空間又有安全感，這個也是加分項。

民宿就在西湖邊，風景很好，民宿本身乾淨雅緻，服務人員熱情周到，主動幫忙搬行李到房間，服務很好，早餐的味道也不錯，是家寶藏民宿！
