Piękny rodzinny hotel. Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Mnóstwo zjeżdżalni i basenów. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Smaczne jedzenie. Dużo restauracji i barów. Serwis sprzątający na bieżąco czyści. Pokoje przestronne, sprzątane codziennie.

De kinder animatie is erg leuk. Goed geregeld Een super leuk en lief animatie team voor de kinderen Het eten is ook super en er is genoeg voor iedereen. Verschillende keukens. De kamers zijn super goed werkende airco is wel erg fijn. Alleen de bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant voor mij.

Honnêtement une grande surprise mais très agréable . Le complexe hôtelier est vraiment immense le paradis pour enfant il n’y a pas d’autre mots . Le personnel super agréable très bien veillant pour répondre à toute les demandes . ( je parle également d’anticipation et c’est super important quand on voyage en famille) Les chambres très propre plusieurs piscines et animations à disposition le matin est le soir Mentions spécial à Aminata qui a sublimé notre séjour ( service relation clientèle) Le responsable de la réception mr Mohamed Nabil Mr Amr Daniel le glacier Mustafa l’homme de chambre un grand merci Mention spécial pour le personnel haïtien du rockin burger Bcp de chose à dire mais voilà un Grand merci à vous tous

Essen war sehr lecker und gute Auswahl. Die Attraktionen waren sehr vielfältig und ideal für alle Menschen die Spaß und Entspannung wollen sei es alleine oder mit Kindern. Zudem war das gesamte Personal sehr sehr sehr freundlich sowie höflich und bot immer wieder ihre Dienstleistungen an. Im gesamten Zeitraum wurde es nicht langweilig,da es immer ein Programm gab welches immer Spaß und Freude bereitet hatte. Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen da es wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel in allen Bereichen.

Das Essen sowie die Bedienung war sehr gut die Attraktion gegen morgen Mittag und Abend waren sehr angenehm. Es gab abends Autoscooter und eine kleine Kirmes. Außerdem hatten wir sehr schöne Zimmer und konnten jeden Abend genießen sowie jeden Tag am Pool verbringen und hatten immer freie liegen, selbst wenn man erst um 11:00 Uhr zum Pool geht, hat man trotzdem liegen an der besten Lage bekommen. Die Reception war sehr gut und hat bei jeder Frage/Problem sofort gehandelt. Um es kurz zu fassen ich würde das Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen und würde jederzeit immer wieder kommen

Очень приветливый персонал, отдельное спасибо Марине на Guest Relation. Здесь хорошая атмосфера, вкусная еда, хорошие аквапарки, большая территория. Из минусов только, что ездить на пляж, но автобус ездит часто, и, при желании можно дойти пешком +- 20 минут ходьбы, зависит от расположения номера. С кем общались из русскоговорящих туристов, приезжали сюда не в первый раз, т.к. остановились именно на этом варианте из за качества.
