As a woman, I didn't feel comfortable there at all. The check-in employee simply wrote to me on WhatsApp. Where is the data protection? Why is he allowed to just take my number??? The other employees have no respect either, they don't accept no from a woman, even if you say I'm taken. It's very sad that you can't be there alone as a woman

This hotel deserves a MAXIMUM of 4 stars overall.
Food is horrible
SPA prices are ridiculous compared to high end hotels and services offered
No entertainment at night whatsoever other than recorded boring music
Again food is horrible even room dining minu which is way overpriced
Hotel is old in every aspect and need renovation
I don't recommend it at all

Fabulous stay half board stay. Kids loved it!
The bathroom was spacious with dressing, cupboards and drawers.
The room was on a smaller scale for 2 adults and 2 children. One child shared the bed with adults, while the other had a sofa turned into bed with sheets provided (not a standard sofa bed) so could only accommodate one child.
