There were LARGE cockroaches dead all over the floor stains on the bathroom wall and bed had signs of bed bugs.

It was horrible the guy who checked me in was very rude and disrespectful that the room was very very dirty it was disgusting the floors the bathtub the mirrors I mean there was dirty towels in there from previous there was kids clothes under the sink it was disgusting I will not recommend them

Had to clean the hot tub before using. Room not clean and i woke up to a bed bug crrawling on my pillow i quickly catch it in a cup take to the front desk.manager wife said it came from me i asked for refund and she said no. Im so pissed

Our original room had black mold growing all over the bathroom walls…floor to ceiling. The replacement room had filthy carpet and the bathtub was awful. We woke up and found a HUGE cockroach on the floor by the door and more outside.
