Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

Nan Taihu Villa, a shining pearl by the Nan Taihu Lake, is backed by Meishan Mountain and faces Taihu Lake. It is the best viewing point for the landmark building of Huzhou Sheraton. The overall style of the hotel is neo-Chinese, and the room hardware facilities are high-quality and complete, making it very comfortable to stay. This is our second time to the hotel. We took the whole family out for a trip. What impressed us most was not only the scenery and quality of the hotel, but also the service of the hotel. From the beginning, Manager Li at the front desk provided us with very comprehensive and professional services, and Manager Wu at the restaurant also made our family's dining experience in the private room very perfect and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast, travel photography, and amusement facilities can all be praised as perfect. Nan Taihu Villa has always been our first choice for family activities and family travel relaxation!

Despite being a standard room, it did not feel cramped and offered enough space for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy. It was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment, which is especially important when traveling with family. The staff at the hotel were outstanding in their service. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries we had. Their attentiveness made our stay more comfortable and stress-free. I came to Huzhou during the May Day holiday and didn't plan to go to any tourist attractions. It's relatively quiet here and not so crowded. There are small trains, lobster fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, children's outdoor playground, and outdoor water world (we didn't play because it wasn't very hot). The hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the Xishanyang Wetland, where there are peacocks, black swans, and flamingos. The children had a lot of fun feeding the black swans.

The second time I stayed at Kaiyuan Mingting, the service was as enthusiastic as before. I especially want to praise Xiao Wu for answering all my questions. The room was clean and hygienic, and fruits were given. The most important thing is that the location is excellent and it is convenient to go anywhere in the main city. There is Yintai downstairs, and it is more than 10 minutes' walk to Yishang Street. A good choice. A small suggestion~ Replace the hair dryer. It is too old-fashioned and inconvenient to use. You have to keep pressing the button, which is too lame.

The Tianlaizhimeng Taihu Hot Spring Resort and Huzhou Moon Hotel have the same owner, sharing a restaurant and swimming pool, but the experience of entering is completely different. I personally prefer the villa room type. Not only is the room large and private, but there are not many guests even when it is full! The staff of the villa comes to clean the private hot spring pool every morning, and then it can be used. The hot spring water is circulated to maintain a constant temperature (about 40 degrees) and is turned off at 10 o'clock in the evening. I booked a three-night townhouse (about 150 square meters) on Ctrip, and the next day the hotel front desk upgraded it to a quieter single-family private hot spring villa, which touched me very much! The hotel service is absolutely first-class, with fruits and refreshments delivered every day. Even the purified bottled water is in a large one-liter bottle, and if it is not enough, just make a phone call and the waiter will deliver it. Breakfast is in a large restaurant with the Moon Hotel, with 200+ varieties! It is an international five-star hotel level! I will recommend this hot spring resort to my friends and tell them that it is more cost-effective than staying in the Moon Hotel!

Before checking in, the hotel customer service contacted us to ask if we had any requirements for the accommodation floor. They were very attentive in all aspects. When we checked in, they also gave us a breakfast (and we won another breakfast in a lottery). The hotel's location is OK. It takes at most 15 minutes to walk to Zhejiang North Building (there are really no new hotels like Atour around Zhejiang North Building). The breakfast is good, and the noodles are super delicious. Atour's service is really reliable. No matter which city you go to, Atour's environment, service and price are very cost-effective. It is my family's first choice.

Tianhuang is the first choice for Huzhou. After the decoration, the first time I came to stay. The experience was excellent. The whole hotel was completely new, high-end, the lobby was clean and tidy, and there was a tea bar suitable for leisure with friends. It was very comfortable! The second floor is very convenient for dining and inviting friends to eat, so don't worry about where to eat. The room is fully equipped and tidy! I can clearly see the night view of the Ferris wheel, very good! Praise Xiao Zhang at the front desk for being very patient, good service attitude, and will come again if you have a chance.
