1) rooms are smelly, no fresh air provision
2) no ro water available in hotel, even for guest paying and staying in hotel. You only need to buy at 50% higher price. 3) service staff lacks politeness and humbly. Staff not happy to serve their guest.

It was a pleasant experience. Rooms are big. Improvement suggested - there isn’t enough lighting in toilet. Especially for shaving. Pols do the needful.

Hotel is descent, but the location of the hotel is really bad ! if you are looking with car parking, please avoid, as it is located inside a small lane.

Good Hotel in the heart of the city. Very near to railway station and VISA office. Near by restaurants are good. No tummy upset after eating there multiple times (Mee Ruchi). Inside hotel hygiene is good. Staff is friendly.
