Exclusive. Friendly manager and receptive front desk. The only snag is the restaurant. The kitchen staff are not professional. You are likely to wait a whole day to receive your order. The room is clean and well lit. Apart from the poor kitchen, it's a place to be.

It wasn’t a good one at all. Took forever to check in. We were at the reception looking almost stranded for 4 hours.
The bathroom had a bad smell, it was terrible. The food was okay but you won’t be allowed to serve yourself, even though it was supposed to be a buffet.

Overall good, rooms are a bit small though. Service was so terribly slow, I had to constantly remind them when I needed something. Nice complementary breakfast and friendly staff.

Great stay for the value! Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. As a solo woman traveler from the United States I felt very safe at this property. Even the hotel guards kept an eye on me to ensure my safety. The restaurant food was very delicious. I especially enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. The spa services were great as well.
