Beautiful hotel. Can’t understand some of the reviews saying the hotel is tired. this is not the case IMO. I stayed here 11 years ago and returned with my son this week. Spacious and well equipped bedrooms, beautifully furnished and comfortable beds. We had an issue with the air conditioning leaking which was resolved quickly when I raised it the next day. housekeeping do a wonderful job the hotel is spotless. Noah on reception was warm and friendly when we checked in and the lifeguard keeps a close eye on what’s going on and is attentive and helpful. Only ask would be a kettle in the room. perfect location - we will be back!

OMG started a bit wobbly due to our booking having been canceled but was soon resolved lol But I have now found my hotel. This place is amazing from start to finish, the quality of the rooms, the hotel itself is perfect, the breakfast is amazing and most of the staff are amazing, the only issue is some could be more customers focused, there were a couple who seemed a little upset however they work hard so everyone has a bad day. We would love to mention Jose the lifeguard who was the loveliest guy and went out of his way to help everyone. would also mention our amazing Marisa Andina who always looked after us at Breakfast, Diva our smiler, Eva at the bar, and Laura who took care of us at the Spa but I have to give a special mention to the most amazing hotel manager I have ever had the pleasure to meet and watch work. This guy was everywhere doing everything and always had a smile for you. His character brought a smile to all those under his management and I could not believe how hard this guy worked. Facundo the hotel manager is second to none, this guy is a machine and a legend. The hotel is lucky to have such a person. thank you to the whole team for making our hols as special as it was.

Everything in the hotel was very good and made it a very relaxing stay. Food choice and quality in the breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. The location is good as only a few minutes walk into the town along the coast to the harbor where there are regular ferries to around the island. Definitely recommend for those looking for a quiet relaxing break.

An outstanding family holiday in a beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel. The hotel has a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere and as a family of mixed ages, we enjoyed every second of it. The massive selection of food both at breakfast and dinner was outstanding and really 5*. The staff are all very friendly however I could not write the review without giving a special mention to Eva Lopez in the bar who not only made the most perfectly crafted cocktails each evening but is honestly the friendliest and most lovely bar person I have ever met. Eva is an asset to the hotel. See you next year!

I want to write this to prevent others making the same mistake. Don't be fooled into booking the a la carte restaurant as a half board guest. You will pay €50/per person for a very reduced menu. Honestly it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. The lamb was ridiculously fatty.the vegetarian was 3 pieces of leek in basically ketchup with a side bowl of old veg. Who knew you could even get Tiramisu so wrong? It is very much sold as part of your half board. It isn't. A very expensive mistake that I don't want others to make.

The hotel is situated in a lovely and tranquil area, the hotel itself is very nice and the staff are super friendly. In line with previous posts the sun bed experience is one not to be missed - if you don't get down to the pool by 0700 you run the risk of nada sun bed - so set your alarm. The positive was meeting lots of new people as we sought to secure a daily sun bed. Eva in the lobby bar was wonderful and does mix a top G&T - staff at breakfast and dinner equally great and overall a thoroughly restful break - we would consider a return - thanks to all

Wir konnten uns über die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage nicht beschweren,ständig war jemand mit Reinigungsarbeiten beschäftigt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, das Bad hatte zwei Waschbecken, die Dusche war mit Düsen ausgestattet, zusätzlich gab es noch eine Badewanne. Die Poolanlage war sehr ansprechend, einen Platz haben wir immer gefunden. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Bademeister aussprechen: Er war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren für spanische Verhältnisse top. Was für uns nicht nachvollziehbar war, morgens gab es Bagels und Brot, abends Brötchen. Vermutlich ist das Essen auf das stark vertretene Klientel ausgerichtet. Auch hier ein Lob für das aufmerksame und immer freundliche Personal. Einziger echter Kritikpunkt sind die Getränkepreise. Absolut überteuert. Es war kein Wunder, dass die Bar abends leer war. Hier wurde auch unsere Schmerzgrenze erreicht. Wir sind dann lieber in den Ort gelaufen. Liebes Management, ob das wirklich sinnvoll ist ???

We stayed 8 nights in this great resort and we enjoyed every bot of it. Great facility, relatively new, friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The location is great too, close to the Santa Eularia passageway and the beach. Highly recommended and will definitely come back
