Just returned from a fabulous 10 day at the Arya, we had an executive suite which was perfect although we thought this was on the roof but was on first floor with small balcony, didn't affect our stay, rooms spotless and cleaned every day. The best part of this hotel is Veysel, Memo, Mr Mustafa and both Ismails who are a fantastic group of young men who made our stay so much more enjoyable, nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was Turkish and basic but enjoyable. Didn't eat much as usually went into town at night. Only downside of this stay was the issue with the pool which should have been addressed sooner ( poor management decision my opinion) It was eventually closed two days after we left. All said I would definitely return to the Arya as we were there last year and know how nice the pool can be.

We stayed here for a week as a family of 7 , an we had a lovely time the rooms are fine, there basic but have everything you need . The guys that run the hotel/bar can't do enough for you so for that I would definitely say 10/10 the . The breakfast was the same every day but fine .the food from the bar was great . So overall was a lovely holiday

Nice little hotel not too far away from the beach shops or bars. The good points- staff are very helpful. Pool area small but plenty of sunbeds & you dont need to get up at stupid oclock for one! Room was cleaned every day & towels changed Room was at the top- 2 sunloungers in the balcony which is very handy when the kids wanted shade! Wifi was really good so no complaining from the kids! The bad points- breakfast wasnt the best. Our bathroom was dated. Our son said the fold out bed was uncomfortable so let him lie on a duvet which wasnt ideal in the heat Hotel shop is a fortune We had a top room & paid £40 for the air con for 5 nights. But this was for only in the bedroom- No good for the kids who had to sleep in the living area! If we wanted a fan it wouldve been another £30

Just returned from an excellent week at the Arya Hotel. The room was spot on, overlooking the pool and the balcony was large where you could sunbathe in the late afternoon on 2 Sun lounges that were provided. The room was very spacious and there was a fridge and television. The staff were excellent throughout and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned everyday. James Bond one of the staff, brought you breakfasts and drinks around the pool and was very friendly throughout, although we never did find out his real name. The hotel is a 3 minute walk away from the start of the main area, the beach about 500 metres away. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the pool is cool to swim in. Overall we had a fantastic break and would recommend this hotel as they look after you and would do anything you wanted. Would definitely return.

We returned to the Arya hotel for 22 nights this May. We had a lovely stay. The rooms are lovely and spacious. With a lovely pool area all refurbished for this year. New sunbeds, new umbrellas, new seating. Breakfasts you can have a turkish breakfast or Eggs cooked every which way with toast or bread and jam. They have a snack bar where you can buy lunch and drinks. The rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and the cleaning ladies do a fantastic job. All the staff and Arihan and family are very helpful friendly people. We have booked again twice for later in the year and again next May. Would recommend this to everyone. Note ther are three types of rooms Standard, junior suite or executive rooms. We always have a junior suite. All I can say is great location, lovely staff and we had a fantastic holiday

We arrived at these apartments and where given the attic rooms, these where dark with sloping roofs consequently banging our heads when going onto the balcony. I cannot manage the stairs so we asked to move to the ground floor. We had to pay £6 per night, our grandaughter stayed in her attic room, she was only able to have cold showers! Her lights kept going off, the apartment was dark enough with the lights on. The only good thing was her balcony. Our apartment was no better, the shower base was dirty, the hairdryer was fixed with sellotape very dangerous considering it was situated above the bathroom sink. However you did get complementary shower gel, shampoo and a pack of 3 cotton buds ?? In the bedroom was complementary slippers . The hot plate to use for cooking was rusty . There was also an information sheet telling you that the hotel had problems with thief’s so you should pay for a safe at £25 per week. We had paid for breakfast but you can only have 1 drink?? Staff: The cleaning lady was nice The 2 morning waiters where nice However the main front of house head waiter was certainly not nice. He told us that they where number 1 on trip advisor and if we put any bad reviews on any social media sites that the returning guests would turn on us. On returning to our apartment we found a large live crab which had managed to climb up the stairs outside our door. We have stayed in many Boutique Hotels and would certainly not class this as one in fact it is more like faulty towers on a bad day.

Our 5th stay at this hotel! We love it, They are always so very friendly, accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are cleaned every day, and very clean, showers are great and always have hot water. The breakfast is always great, the only thing you really pay extra for is if you have a full English but eggs on toast etc are all included. We have already booked to visit again in April. Can’t wait!

This hotel states it is a boutique Otel! I am really sorry but it is nothing like a boutique hotel. On arrival we were checked in and shown to our room. Which had two balconies so we had sun or shade if we wanted. The Room: we upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. The room was spacious but so so tired. The small kitchen area was very basic (we hadn’t planned on cooking anyway) good selection of glasses and mugs although we take our own. The cutlery was hilarious, two very tiny teaspoons which were not suitable for use. The bread knife was so blunt it wouldn’t cut the bread we bought for lunch one day. However, we only used the room to shower and sleep so it was fine. Pool Area: not nearly enough sun-beds for the amount of guests, so it was a bit of a race in the mornings to get a bed. Although several guests were putting towels out and not appearing until several hours later. This is so unfair and selfish. Sun-beds, yes it is late in the season but they were filthy as were the mattresses. The tables were never cleaned in the time we were there. Umbrellas: these were so heavy to operate and some were broken. Pool: this was such a shame as it is relatively new and so many tiles had lifted which was a hazard getting in and out of the pool. The handrail is about a metre too short which for people unsteady on their feet makes getting in and out of the pool difficult. Restuarant toilets: the ladies had no paper or hand towels for at least three days. Food: breakfast became a bit repetitive as it was the same every day. I personally would have like fruit and yoghurt on the breakfast list. Lunches were nice and were well presented. Didn’t have evening meal. Dog: the staff rescued a young spaniel that was roaming the streets. Whilst this was a kind gesture, there was nobody to walk the dog so it was fouling in the bar and pool areas!! Happily a new home was found for the puppy. Staff: were lovely and attentive, although they were constantly playing pool and it felt awkward having to interrupt! We still made the most of our stay and had a great holiday. If this hotel updated the rooms, fixed the pool and handrail it would be an ideal place to stay.
