Violet Woods

Violet woods is about 30 minute drive from Munnar. Traveled by car and enjoyed the drive through windy and narrow roads. It is better to avoid drives after 8 pm as Safety is the #1 priority The resort is in the midst of cardamom plantation 🌿 and forests. They have seven rooms in the resort which is spread over 7 acres. Rooms are large and were clean but we had issues with small insects 🐜 creeping into the rooms. Intercom was not working. Wifi connectivity was good. The resort Manager, Russell Babu was cordial and accommodative. Do not leave footwear outside your rooms 👟 as they could be taken away by wild dogs . There is no play area and hence kids will feel bored. Best suited for nature lovers, honey moon couples or elders who would like to just relax and rejuvenate in the wild !

It was a pleasant experience for my family and me to share some moments in Violet Woods. Firstly, I love the name of the resort, Violet Woods, because it is nestled among many trees, flowers, and the murmuring of birds. The atmosphere gives a calm and cool experience. The food is very tasty, and the room facilities are very good and spacious.

A small, tranquil retreat tucked away from the bustle of Munnar town. It is located right on the 20 Acre - Munnar Road in a quiet, wooded area close to Tata Tea Garden. The rooms were quite spacious and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The caretaker of the property, Mr. Akhilesh, was friendly and sincere and made us feel at home during our stay.

This is really beautiful place in a nature, amazing fresh food and warm welcoming staff members. Must visit place and to stay in Munnar with a family. Stayed for 3 nights. Nothing else to say except beautiful things about this place.

After seeing many properties last booked this resort, i understand it was a right decision after reached this property, there are two ways to this property one is through munnar bypass another through munnar dam bridge way better you select munnar through way because the other route is difficult, the room was big in size and kept neat and clean. The person named Mr. Aneesh really helpful and pleasing *** helped a lot, ready to help all time without any difficult.We ordered our dinner also here that was really wonderful, lot of menu items available here Veg& Non Veg, they made it very deliciously. The rate was also reasonable. Its sure we book the same resort on our next visit. Special thanks for the Manager also for calling me and coordinating our stay.

Beautiful Cottages well separated amidst a serene location in Bison Valley. There is reasonable amount of privacy, with separate entrances and balconies placed very nicely. There are no restaurants close by, but the in house restaurant provides decent food which the chef is more than willing to customize however you need. The caretakers were very good, Rajkumar, Anish, and Lachu were always going beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Even when they were fully booked up, the services were very punctual. You could take nice walks around the area, there is a small but adventurous trek nearby. 10/10 recommend this stay.

Nice and good ambience for couples nice food we loved it❣️❣️ The resort is very attached to the wild and nature Mostly the behaviour of aneesh and lechu its so much comfortable to us Thanks for the beautiful moments for us🥰
