My aunt used to say that Hotel Del Rio is her second home here in PH, she used to being us when we were in grade school up to college. Our last stay was way back 2018. Such a nostalgic feeling being back again. Miss the bfast buffet so much. I hope renovation will be done soon!

there is a cockroach in the room.
the bidet is substandard.we were charged for the bidet even though it is already broken on the time we occupy the room.

I really highly appreciate the service and hospitality of all staff's, according to the wise management training to them, I was very happy specially in the reception, mam Beverly was a wonderful lady to accommodate as well as others, I love the morning Buffy's in their wonderful restaurant, but unfortunately most of the variety baboy which is not fair for other nationals to eat, rest the crews was very wonderful, specifically Mr Kaizer was a very humble and gentle man to serve people, I was one of them too, I really recommend to everyone to visit this beautiful hotel, with a neat hygienics restaurant as well as many halls for different kinds of events too, God bless everyone, my regards and salute to everyone there,

1 little problem the shower is not working properly. Everytime i switch to cold water doesn't go out so its just always hot shower.

The hotel is clean and in good location. Staff are friendly and helpful . The food are excellent
