"Pros: 1. **Convenient Location:** The hotel is right above various transportation hubs, including bus stops, tram stations, and a subway station. 2. **Close to Train Station:** The train station is large and very close; I walked there in 8 minutes, and the path was good, making it easy to pull my luggage. 3. **Modern Room Amenities:** The room has full electronic controls and air conditioning, so the hardware facilities are quite good. 4. **Modern Art Vibe:** I really liked the modern art atmosphere throughout the building. There were also many art books by world-renowned modern artists nearby, which I took some time to browse. 5. **Fresh Linens:** The bedding was relatively new, well-laundered, and neatly ironed. 6. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was fantastic! There was a chef making omelets to order, smoked salmon, and a variety of hot dishes every day. 7. **Shopping Nearby:** There's a large shopping mall and a commercial street just across the road. Cons: 1. **Housekeeping Issue:** One day, I turned on the 'make up room' light and left. The housekeeping department didn't clean my room. When I returned in the evening and saw them outside the neighboring room, I asked them to clean mine as soon as possible, and I went to the lobby to wait. After an hour and forty minutes, I came back, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. This felt disrespectful to me. I spoke to the front desk, and after a few more tens of minutes, I inquired again, and the room was finally cleaned. This issue didn't happen again. 2. **Water Stains:** Some of the facilities had white limescale, which should be cleaned more thoroughly."

"This hotel is perfectly fine for the price. The reviews saying it's scary to go there aren't very accurate. It's just a typical train station area with typical homeless people, nothing new. The room itself is well-maintained, and the staff are polite and nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the luggage room was full, and they offered to let me leave my bags in the lobby without taking responsibility. I did, and everything was fine, but it seems like for a chain hotel like this, luggage storage shouldn't be an issue."

"Hygiene: The room was very clean. Service: The service was also quite good. They even hand-wrote a welcome letter during check-in, which was a nice touch. Environment: Convenient stores and restaurants are quite close by. Facilities: The shower stall was a bit small, and there was no bottled water in the room, but overall it was fine."

"The hotel room itself was very clean upon arrival and maid service was fantastic. The room was basic but met all of our needs. The bed was very comfy and extra pillows were supplied. The bathroom came equipped with a hairdryer and clean towels supplied every day. The shower head was broken and the design is slightly flawed, which meant the bathroom floor flooded upon use. This was perhaps only specific to our room. The location is central. It is a 20/30 minute walk to the grand palace. There is a tram stop right outside and a metro station 5 minute walk away. There are also 2 convenience stores on the street to buy drink and food from. Overall, this hotel was reliable and comfortable. I would definitely book again in the future."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done — the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged. When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience. As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable. In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again."

"Booked the most basic room there was, as I was there for the F1 weekend, and will not be in the room except at night for resting. The location is nestled nicely between Brussels North Station and the shopping area/Grand Place, so most places that I wanted to go were walkable. I didn't interact with many service staff except when I checked in and out. Shower pressure was poor; it could have been better, considering the water pressure was quite strong. In terms of cleanliness, you could feel the grime on the carpet when walking barefoot. There was mould all over the pillars and walls of the room and toilet, and a musky smell coming from the cupboard. There is also no air-con in the room, when I say no air-con, I don't mean it is spoilt, there simply isn't one, so expect the room to be stuffy, especially on hotter months. I was lucky as the temperature at night was around 16C, so I used the portable heater as a ventilator fan."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, from the restaurant to housekeeping and the front desk. The room was a bit small, but for Europe, I'd say it was quite spacious. The decor was rainforest-themed – a design that really depends on individual taste. We had a twin room, and the two beds were easily pushed apart. The small stone table next to the bed, where the phone was placed, was a bit wobbly and could easily be knocked over, so be careful not to drop it on your foot. The bathroom was semi-separated (wet and dry areas), as the shower only had a half-glass partition, meaning water would splash out. Remember to lay the bath mat on the floor to avoid slipping. I loved the illuminated, extendable magnifying mirror – perfect for when I put in my contact lenses. Cleanliness was excellent. The bath towels were good quality, and the tissues and toilet paper were thick (finally, not those flimsy single-ply ones, if you know what I mean!). The shampoo left my hair feeling very dry, and the conditioner was just average. However, the shower gel and body lotion smelled fantastic! You can buy them in the lobby for 38 or 28 euros, I think. There's a water dispenser by the elevator where you can fill the glass bottles from your room with ice water. The bottles are small, so I asked for an extra one, which was just enough for two people. The sandwiches downstairs were pretty good. The hotel is super conveniently located, just a few steps from the Rogier metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. However, do be aware of loiterers in the area. For me, the only downside to this hotel was that if the bathroom door was left open, the room would get a sewer smell."

"Hotel at a great location, mins to tram, metro stations. Train station is only 10min walk away. Carrefour express is opposite too. Room is very spacious, with huge bed. Interior design  visually was so so but practically comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful."

"El personal muy amable, tuvimos un problema con la ducha y lo resolvieron rápidamente. Esta muy cerca de una estación de metro y de paradas de autobús. La habitación estaba limpia y las camas son muy cómodas, el hotel pone en la habitación un gran surtido de ameneidades. Los días que hemos pasado en Bélgica han sido muy calurosos y el aire acondicionado en la habitación ha sido una maravilla. Hemos estado en diferentes hoteles por este país y aunque otros también nos han gustado, este ha sido el que más."

"It is located in the city, beside double tree hilton and few walks away from a station. It took us 8mins walk to the famous street and the Royal Galleries. The room is really spacious, completes with amenities, good service over the counter about me asking how to go to the Charleroi airport in the morning. It is also very clean and comfortable for a budget stay."
