Indore Hotels with Bars

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

We recently stayed at Radisson RED Indore hotel, and the level of service we experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to look after us with genuine warmth and care. The staff here are absolute professionals, and a few specific teams deserve special recognition: The Reception Team: Our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their impeccable service and dedication to creating a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Special mention: Hemraj and Aditi. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. Special mention: Priyanka. It is rare to find a hotel where every single department operates at such a high standard of hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless stay!

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient for city exploration. However, the stay was overshadowed by several issues. The building is under construction, leading to constant noise and visible construction work, which disrupts the overall experience. Initially, I was assigned a deluxe room with two separate beds, as per my booking, but upon arrival, I was informed that the room was unavailable due to construction. Instead, I was given a room with a king-size bed. Additionally, the telephone wasn’t working, and the promised electric kettle was not provided. While the location is a major advantage, the construction, lack of transparency about room conditions on the website, and poor management made the stay less enjoyable. If you only need a place to store your belongings and rest while exploring the city, it’s manageable.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Indore. Comfortable, well appointed rooms and good food..||What set it apart though was the only excellent service. The GM, Mr. Rishi Kumar is clearly doing something exceptional here

Class, all you need and the rooftop pool was perfect. Best thing about it though were the chicken tikka sandwiches you could order to your room or the pool, they were the best thing I’ve ever eaten. See attached.

All service was good, food was also good. All the place was clean with bathroom and toilet. All the staff were punctual and provided all the services, due to which we did not have any inconvenience. Thank you @makemytrip to all this😊

Very nice hospitality offered by Fairfield Marriott Indore, a 4 star Marriott Bonvey property in the heart of the city. Location is decent and breakfast is awesome

Hotwater amenities are terrible and in this cold weather. While furnitures are polished but upholsteries of chairs are very dirty. Not wiped or dry cleaned for long. Telephone no. Of Reception was written as 204 which caused confusion and irritation to other customer whose room ni. Was 204. It was later striked off. In contrast to poor facilities, the BEVAVIOUR AND POLITENESS OFBSTAFF AND RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT. --------- I Did not take photographs of the dirty chair cushions as it would have been highly damaging to Hotel. Please ask them to replace the cushions or at least clean it if possible.
