When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it.
Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu.
When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me.
The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed.
I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious.
Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help.
It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator.

1. Pick-up and drop-off service is available, which is super convenient!
2. The bunk beds were my kids' favorite! They said they want to come back to this hotel specifically because of them next time.
3. The sofa by the window spans the entire length of the room, so we could neatly line up all our clothes, which was incredibly handy.
4. The front desk staff and butler were incredibly responsive and accommodating. 100 points!
5. Perhaps because of the bunk beds, I noticed there were always two cleaning staff members, which is a big plus.
6. The evening activities were fantastic every day. After skiing, we'd soak in the hot springs, and right after dinner, we'd catch the iron flower show. The iron flowers were even more beautiful than fireworks.
7. The instructor was excellent. My 6-year-old was able to ski on their own after just two hours of one-on-one lessons.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our trip to Changbai Mountain. We'll definitely be back next year!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially for families with kids. There are plenty of amusement facilities within the complex, and we even caught a fireworks show. A special shoutout to our butler, Qixi, who provided exceptional and attentive service. They answered all our questions, proactively shared local information and hotel details, and promptly resolved any issues, which really made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

Anonymous UserThis was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort. The room was spacious, with a separate walk-in closet. The sofa and coffee table were perfect for enjoying some tea and relaxing. There was also a reading sofa by the window, a desk, and a lamp, all well-equipped. The chair was very comfortable, making it ideal for reading and writing.
Front desk staffer Xiao Ying was warm, thoughtful, and professional, answering all our questions. We received a complimentary breakfast, and our two children really enjoyed the buffet. The restaurant opens up to a lawn with lush greenery – very chill.
There were plenty of benefits, but the only downside was that each perk could only be used once per hotel. The next day, we switched to the Hyatt, and it was such a downgrade – the room was small, dimly lit, had no desk lamp, and the service was non-existent.

Check-in was smooth. Before arrival, the front desk staff, Gao Jing, proactively contacted me via WeChat to inform me about the resort's amenities and hotel shuttle services. She also helped me book a mountain view room in advance, according to my preferences. The resort offers various attractions like a water park and cable car rides, along with special events like the firework festival with iron flower performances and fireworks. For trips to West Slope Tianchi Lake, the front desk kindly arranged a pick-up and drop-off driver. The breakfast was rich and varied. I highly recommend staying here.

Our butler provided one-on-one travel advice throughout our stay, including daily updates on the opening/closing of Tianchi Lake during the rainy season and park weather announcements. They proactively planned alternative rainy-day activities, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. In August, Changbai Mountain experiences frequent rain and fog, and we were so grateful that the staff promptly informed us about Tianchi Lake's closure, saving us a wasted trip. Our rainy-day itinerary was well-arranged, making the entire journey worry-free and effortless. The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are quite comprehensive.

Global +×Our stay in the Changbaishan Resort suite was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the mountains and forest. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast featured fresh and abundant ingredients. The resort offers a wide range of activities, from forest walks to various leisure options, all within a tranquil and serene environment. Our whole family had a fantastic time, and the accommodation was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Changbaishan!

Guest UserThe room was excellent. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the butlers, Joy and Eric, provided thoughtful service. The room had a great view, and I really enjoyed the hotel's outdoor hot springs. The indoor massage pool was also fantastic. I've stayed at other Park Hyatts before, but the Changbaishan Park Hyatt offers exceptional value for money.

Anonymous UserTraveling solo this time, my stay at Wanda Realm Hotel was the warmest experience of my entire trip.
A special thank you to Manager Zhang Qian. Even before I checked in, she patiently provided me with all sorts of information about the Wanda Resort, including attractions, important notes, and route planning. This saved me a lot of trouble as a first-time visitor and filled me with anticipation for my upcoming itinerary. I was also incredibly lucky to see the most beautiful Tianchi Lake!
During my stay, Manager Zhang Qian provided incredibly thoughtful care. After learning about my travel plans, she proactively prepared breakfast for me. When I needed to extend my stay, she actively helped me coordinate to keep my original room, so I didn't have to switch rooms or go through any hassle. My entire check-in and stay experience was incredibly smooth. As a solo traveler, these seemingly small details made me feel like I was receiving care from family.
What touched me even more was that after I had already left the Wanda Resort, the hotel staff contacted me immediately to inform me that I had left something behind at the hotel. They carefully kept it safe and actively helped me retrieve my lost item. This level of dedication, responsibility, and meticulousness deeply moved me and truly made me feel the Wanda Realm Hotel's commitment to every guest.
Every staff member at Wanda Realm Hotel demonstrated what it means to make guests feel at home through their actions, leaving me with the most wonderful memories of my trip.
My heartfelt thanks to Manager Zhang Qian and all the hotel staff for their hard work! Their professionalism and enthusiasm deserve to be recognized by more people.
In the future, whether I return to Changbai Mountain myself or recommend it to friends and family, Wanda Realm Hotel will always be my top choice. I wish the hotel prosperous business and continued success, and I look forward to meeting again next time!
