"It was my first time in Xinjiang, and I was a little nervous, being unfamiliar with the area. But this hotel completely put our anxiety to rest! I have to give it a shout-out. The receptionists were like walking encyclopedias, patiently telling us which restaurants were good nearby, how much a taxi would cost, and even thoughtfully reminding us about the temperature and time difference. The room was spotless; the bedding was crisp and clean with no odor, and even the bathroom windows were sparkling clean. The amenities were also very complete."

"Beitun Hualan Xingmao Hotel is quite good! The room was clean and tidy, the pillows of memory cotton were particularly comfortable to sleep, and they were equipped with laifen high-speed hair dryers, which were very friendly to long-haired girls. The service staff is warm and answer all questions. The location is good, it is convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. Breakfast is a pure Chinese breakfast, relatively simple, but the taste is not bad."

The breakfast is also very good and tastes good. There are barbecue restaurants, hot pot restaurants, and Xinjiang specialties nearby. It is a 5-minute drive from the pedestrian street. Very satisfied, most importantly, it is quiet, comfortable, and sleeps well!"

"During the May Day holiday, to avoid the crowds, I clocked in at S21 and came to Beitun. There was no traffic jam at all. It was raining on the day I arrived. The hotel was very considerate and provided an umbrella service. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and tidy. It is backed by the Deren Mountain Scenic Area. The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I will stay here again next time I travel to Northern Xinjiang."

"Highly recommended! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. Since we had children with us, they prepared meals in advance and even heated up small steamed buns for the kids. Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, especially for families with children, as the play area is large and safe."

Guest UserDon't be fooled by the hotel's exterior! The interior is truly impressive! As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came over to ask if we needed help with our luggage, which was quite touching. Having stayed in many hotels, big and small, I never expected to receive such welcoming service in a hotel with such an unassuming exterior. It was very kind of me. The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent, all freshly made, with a home-style flavor that was very comforting. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Parking is convenient. There are many restaurants across the street. Although the hotel is only three stories high, it still has an elevator for easy access. From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.

Seeing that we were bringing the elderly and children, and they were given fruit tea and fruit tea during the check-in process, I really felt the enthusiasm. I will definitely book it. The family room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is very clean. My parents agreed. We went downstairs to ask for food recommendations in the surrounding area.
