"Honestly, it was truly excellent! What made it stand out was its incredible beachfront location – the beach is literally right downstairs. Unlike other hotels where you can't even see the sea from 5-6 minutes away, this one offers a complete ocean view. This is what a true beachfront hotel should be, and the location is simply unbeatable. It's an established four-star hotel, and the service, facilities, and environment were all on point. A special shout-out to the young lady with glasses at the front desk; her service was superb. Even though check-out was at noon, a peak time for check-ins, she didn't rush me at all. She even asked how my stay was, which shows genuinely great service! The only minor drawback is that some of the room furnishings feel a bit dated, which slightly brings down the overall quality of the stay. The towels were disposable, there was only old bar soap instead of liquid hand soap, and the toilet paper was a half-used roll of very low quality. Also, the tables and chairs were a bit dirty. If these small things could be improved, it would be absolutely perfect!"

"I suggest checking the map beforehand to get a sense of the layout. The resort is divided into two main areas: the accommodation zone and the recreational zone (accessible only by one bridge or boat). In the accommodation zone, there's a shuttle service that runs frequently. After checking in at the hotel lobby, you'll spot the shuttle stop right outside! However, if you're on the 1st or 2nd floor, you're close to the starting point, and the shuttles are often full by the time they reach you. Each of the seven buildings has dedicated reception staff, and there are plenty of service personnel around, so don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions! After checking in, you can scan a QR code to add your personal butler on WeChat. They're very responsive and can help with any queries you have. Once you've checked in and received your room card, head to the lobby where a property consultant will provide a redemption voucher and a map. Then, go to the owner services center to exchange these for 'fishing tickets,' which can be used to play games at the 'Fisherman's Market' (Yuhuo Daji). Upon check-in, we also received a generous snack gift package, which the kids absolutely loved!"

"The room was incredibly spacious. The special drink at the front desk was delicious, and it was fun to DIY cocktails in the room, even if my first attempt tasted awful, haha. The hotel's location is very quiet; even the seagulls choose to stop and rest here. The architecture has a beautiful, linear aesthetic. Carson provided excellent service, and I kept thanking him. The food at the sea-view restaurant was also quite good, and they had my favorite soup. If I'm in China next spring, I'll definitely come back to Aranya and choose The Azure again. Always grateful! 😇"

"I was very satisfied with the hotel I booked this time! Its location isn't in the commercial core area, but precisely because of that, the accommodation environment is very tranquil. Plus, there's a shuttle service available on demand for pick-ups and drop-offs, which is incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. It was a semi-buffet style where you could order freshly made dishes, and the beef noodles were delicious. I enjoyed spending a leisurely afternoon with a cup of coffee by the pool. I absolutely have to commend Summer from Nuoan Yuanjin Hotel! From the booking stage, she patiently answered all my questions about room types, shuttle services, and park entry policies, responding promptly and professionally. Upon arrival, she proactively helped with my luggage, meticulously explained the hotel's canopy, public facilities, and sunrise viewing spots, and even thoughtfully provided welcome drinks and snacks. During my stay, any requests were met with immediate responses, whether it was coordinating rooms, calling a car, recommending lesser-known attractions, or even reminding me about changes in the seaside weather. Her service was thorough and heartwarming. She was incredibly genuine and enthusiastic, always with a warm smile, making me feel like she was a caring friend, which made the trip much more comfortable."

"The room was generally clean. The bathroom had a 'caution hot water' sign, but the white font wasn't very noticeable; I'd suggest changing the font color. From the room to the kitchen and then to the balcony, the entire place felt just like home. What I loved most was the incredibly comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the kitchen auntie and other staff members were also incredibly friendly. Since I was the last one to have breakfast, I felt quite pampered. Overall, I had a great stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, big and small!"

"It's a very new hotel, only a 15-minute drive from Anaya, which is very convenient. Most importantly, it's a new hotel, so the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. It had a smart electric heated toilet, and the shower had a strong water pressure. I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was also excellent; I requested an extra blanket, and they provided it in the room – very thoughtful! The breakfast was passable, but considering it's off-season and the price, you can't expect too much. A bowl of hot wontons in the morning was quite nice. Overall, I was satisfied!"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning! The design is incredibly chic, showcasing unique taste and style at every turn. The main entrance and lobby are truly breathtaking. I arrived on Children's Day and had to wait a bit to check in, but the staff sincerely apologized and even offered a complimentary drink voucher for the lobby bar. The room was spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the sea-view balcony offered an unbeatable vista. My family even joked, 'Beidaihe has really stepped up its game!' The breakfast was extensive and well-balanced, and the restaurant had a great view. The staff were very proactive in clearing plates. In the evening, there was a foreign singer performing in the lobby bar, which was lovely. I ordered a cocktail; the price was reasonable, and it tasted fantastic. The beach is just a five-minute walk downstairs, with fine sand that my child absolutely loved. The outdoor pool was also excellent. InterContinental really excels at family-friendly offerings, with a kids' club, indoor pool, and library all well-equipped. There are also plenty of adult entertainment facilities, so you won't get bored even if the weather isn't great. I didn't get to try the water park, but I'll definitely be back. Supermarkets and restaurants are conveniently located nearby and are affordably priced. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip. Finally, I really want to commend the service of our butler Kris and the other housekeeping staff – they were incredibly attentive, patient, and always ready to help. Beidaihe truly is not what it used to be. Highly recommend!!"

The room was incredibly spacious with excellent natural light and a great layout, so it never felt cramped. The bedding was super comfortable, and I slept wonderfully! What really touched me was that the hotel thoughtfully provided a pregnancy pillow – it's those small details that show how much care they put in, significantly enhancing the comfort of our stay. The hotel environment was clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. Getting around the resort was also very convenient, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling during pregnancy or with family!"

"I was very satisfied with both the room and the service. The room was clean and tidy, and they provided plenty of drinks and snacks. It rained in the afternoon, so it was perfect to enjoy the soaking tub at the hotel – very relaxing. The hotel also offers a bath barrel service, which you can book by calling the front desk, helping to relieve a day's fatigue. The shuttle service was also very convenient. All in all, I was extremely happy! My only regret was that it wasn't summer yet, so the pool wasn't open. If I get another chance to visit, I'll definitely choose summer for a more resort-like atmosphere."
