She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan. Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. "The room was generally clean. The bathroom had a 'caution hot water' sign, but the white font wasn't very noticeable; I'd suggest changing the font color. From the room to the kitchen and then to the balcony, the entire place felt just like home. What I loved most was the incredibly comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the kitchen auntie and other staff members were also incredibly friendly. Since I was the last one to have breakfast, I felt quite pampered. Overall, I had a great stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, big and small!"

"I was very satisfied with the service. I added the butler, Mona, on WeChat, and she was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The hygiene was decent, and the hotel environment was spacious. We booked a standard room but got upgraded to a family room, a Peppa Pig themed one! I was very happy with the location because my friend lives in a guesthouse in Aranya Phase 4. Since there wasn't enough space there, I stayed at this hotel with my child. It was less than a ten-minute walk to my friend's place. My name was registered under my friend's guesthouse, which made entering and exiting Aranya very convenient."

The hotel's location is very quiet; even the seagulls choose to stop and rest here. The architecture has a beautiful, linear aesthetic. Carson provided excellent service, and I kept thanking him. The food at the sea-view restaurant was also quite good, and they had my favorite soup. If I'm in China next spring, I'll definitely come back to Aranya and choose The Azure again. "Overall, how was it? The hotel's environment and surrounding amenities are great; you could easily spend two days here without leaving. The overall service is hard to rate because with so many people, some services were excellent, while others weren't. But what I absolutely couldn't stand was the windowless room... It was unbelievable. My rhinitis flared up; there was a strange smell when I walked in. Turning on the air conditioning helped a bit... But every time I went out and got some fresh air... then came back into the room... it was pure torture. Good thing I only stayed one night... I suggest the hotel removes this room type. The experience was truly awful. Everything else was good, and I'd go back again, but I definitely wouldn't book that room type again; it was just too much....."
