A few of our good friends came to Anaya and really liked this homestay. The aesthetic sense of the whole space is very online, and the decoration style is also very in line with our taste. The warm floor heating after entering the house makes people relax instantly and especially comfortable. There is a parking space downstairs, which is very convenient to travel.

The terrace also has an exclusive inflatable paddling pool, and the children are reluctant to leave in it. And the landlord also gave a lot of snacks and coffee capsules. After using up, he immediately asked someone to make up for the 😃 The beach was very close for five minutes. The child could go to dig sand at any time, and there was a park bus when he went out. The parent-child holiday was too suitable. I lived so many times and Anaya was the most satisfying one. I will choose this one next time!

I chose this guesthouse during my trip to Aranya, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing! Just open the door to the balcony, facing the beach and the sea. Watching the waves in the morning and feeling the sea breeze in the evening creates a fantastic atmosphere. The view of that red building is incredibly photogenic! The room is impeccable in its details. The modern minimalist decor is very stylish. The TV can even play variety shows, the sofa chairs are comfortable and photogenic, and the curtains and storage cabinets are thoughtfully designed. It's so clean and tidy, it doesn't feel like a guesthouse; it feels like home. The overall experience is fantastic! Excellent soundproofing and great natural light. It's quiet and peaceful at night. The small table and chairs on the balcony are perfect for relaxing with a drink or a chat. Even the greenery and small decorative items show attention to detail. The host is super nice and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were very convenient.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of Phase 4, very close to the third canteen, and the shuttle bus stop is just a short walk away, providing quick access to the beach. The underground parking garage is convenient, with direct elevator access. I really liked the room's decor; it was fully equipped with appliances, and the host was very thoughtful, providing all necessary amenities. A manager proactively contacts guests before check-in, a unique service in Aranya. The room has a small terrace where you can relax, unwind, or use your phone. I think the guesthouse offers excellent value for money, especially for groups. If you're lucky, you might even witness the sunrise. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The family came to Anaya for a holiday. This store is in a great location. It is very close to the core attractions such as the seaside, the auditorium and the lonely library. It is completely free to take elderly children. The room was clean and tidy, the whole house was neatly cleaned, there was no smell, the apartment was spacious, the family lived in a non-crowded, the sound insulation effect was good, the night was quiet and comfortable, and the rest quality was super high. The landlord's service is particularly intimate, the communication is timely, and the questions will be answered patiently. The room is also equipped with a complete set of parent-child supplies, full of details, and the children live very happily. The overall price is very high, the environment is clean, the location is good, the service is warm, it is a super comfortable seaside holiday experience! Next time I come to Anaya, I will choose this one and recommend it to families who come to vacation!

My daughter and grandson came to visit, so we went on a 2-day, 1-night trip to Anaya, a place I had only heard about before. It turned out to be a much better time than I expected. We were particularly worried about finding accommodation, but they upgraded our room because we had children with us. They provided detailed explanations and friendly service, and the place was clean; it felt like they paid attention to every detail, so everyone was satisfied. The service was shockingly bad and didn't meet Aranya's usual standards. The water heater was broken on the first day, and nobody bothered to check it beforehand. When they came to fix it on the second day, I asked the engineer to wait downstairs for a bit as my wife and child were sleeping, but he completely ignored me and went straight up to repair it, disturbing my family's rest. Later, we were even charged extra for face towels and toiletries, with no offer of compensation. Speechless, really.
