The service was shockingly bad and didn't meet Aranya's usual standards. The water heater was broken on the first day, and nobody bothered to check it beforehand. When they came to fix it on the second day, I asked the engineer to wait downstairs for a bit as my wife and child were sleeping, but he completely ignored me and went straight up to repair it, disturbing my family's rest.
