Service: The staff didn't proactively contact us to tell us how to drive into the scenic area (the room was inside the area) and required us to call. Access was inconvenient. When I wanted to go out for dinner at night, there were no lights, and the gates were locked. I had to contact the staff to get the security guard to open them.

The front desk said that other empty rooms are also bad. This makes me feel a bit unsafe. Because when I checked in, I saw someone open the door to eat and drink in a nearby room.
