The bathroom had plenty of hot water, complete toiletries, and the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature. Overall, the cleanliness, environment, and service were all excellent, offering great value for money. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed two nights in Urumqi and had a very pleasant experience. We arrived early in the morning, and the drive from the airport to the hotel was easy and straightforward. The hotel kindly arranged a room for us long before the official check‑in time, which allowed us to relax and refresh after the flight. The room was clean, breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. Overall, great value for money and a comfortable place to stay."

"This hotel is truly surrounded by nature. There are walking paths and scenic viewpoints within the property, and the views are beautiful. However, during winter, it feels a bit quiet and almost deserted, as there are not many guests staying. The service style is more upon request — staff will assist when called, but they do not proactively offer help. One thing I didn’t particularly like was that despite many rooms being available, we were assigned a room with a less impressive view. That said, the room itself was in good condition, and the heating worked perfectly even in -20°C weather, which was very important and appreciated. One major advantage of this hotel is the flexible cancellation policy — free cancellation is allowed on the day of arrival. This is especially helpful in winter when travel plans can change due to road conditions. Breakfast was good and served directly to the room, which was convenient. Overall, the staff did nothing wrong, but the service mindset felt somewhat lacking in warmth or attentiveness."

"The room design was quite nice, but going up and down the stairs to the toilet was a bit inconvenient. There was a strong smell when I entered; I don't know if it was from a lack of ventilation or the smell of renovations. The hotel didn't have heating yet, and the central air conditioning could only cool, making the room extremely cold. The front desk didn't have any solutions either. I caught a cold the next day. I hope the hotel can turn on the heating soon."

"Overall, my business trip and stay at this hotel was a good experience. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and very relaxing. The hotel provided multiple washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. The only minor drawbacks were the relatively limited selection of breakfast items and the fact that the corridors had motion-sensor lights, which turned completely dark at night when no one was around, making it slightly inconvenient for solo travelers. I suggest adjusting the lighting to include basic illumination plus additional motion-sensor lighting. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are excellent; however, further optimization of the breakfast selection and lighting details would make for an even better experience."

"The facilities at Fuhai Fushui Renjia B&B are very new and clean, with no odors. The triple room is spacious, with a spring mattress and down quilt, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. 🚿 The rain shower has strong water pressure, plenty of hot water, and a bathroom heater. There's parking in the yard at the entrance, and a long water pipe, so it should be convenient for refilling water for RVs. 💧 The B&B is located on a country road, and the illuminated signs at the entrance are large and bright. There are few shops or restaurants around the village, and it's about a ten-minute drive to Fuhai New Town."

"The room is warm and clean, and the lobby is large. The beds are comfortable. The hair dryer works great. Stayed for two consecutive days. On the second day, only drinking water and towels were replenished, and the room was not cleaned. The steamed fish at Dazhi Fish House opposite the hotel is so delicious. Parking is easy."
