The hotel provided multiple washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. The only minor drawbacks were the relatively limited selection of breakfast items and the fact that the corridors had motion-sensor lights, which turned completely dark at night when no one was around, making it slightly inconvenient for solo travelers. I suggest adjusting the lighting to include basic illumination plus additional motion-sensor lighting. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are excellent; however, further optimization of the breakfast selection and lighting details would make for an even better experience.
