"The restaurant is fantastic, with a great ambiance and excellent facilities. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, even featuring Northeastern specialties like 'Guobaorou' (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and fried dough cakes, making it feel like there's no need to visit the morning market. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to Youyigong subway station, and the nearby alleyways are brimming with great local restaurants. The service is also top-notch; the front desk staff, both male and female, proactively greet guests and help with luggage. On our second day, the temperature dropped, and the concierge even advised us to wear more layers. When we checked out, they gave us a small gift – a fridge magnet! Harbin is truly a wonderful city, warm and beautiful, and the people from the Northeast are just adorable! I definitely want to visit again!"

"This hotel is super close to the airport and offers free shuttle service, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The overall environment was quiet. It's a lifesaver if you have an early flight; the driver is punctual for pickups and drop-offs, so you don't have to worry about transportation. The value for money is excellent. "The breakfast is the highlight, very abundant, and they even change up 3 main dishes every day, which my child loved. Plus, there's free afternoon tea and supper. "I tried to book this hotel last summer, but it was peak season and I couldn't get a room. This year, my trip was later, and I managed to book two rooms easily. When checking in, the short-haired lady at the front desk, who I assume was a manager, was incredibly helpful and upgraded both our rooms – instant great impression! The tall gentleman also kindly offered us three glasses of water.
By the way, the night before, my friend booked a different hotel across the street. After staying there, I really felt the difference – and it wasn't just a small one. The service attitude and response speed were completely different experiences. Choosing a HUAZHU hotel is definitely the right decision.
As for this hotel: the breakfast was good, with a decent variety; the location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi; and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff on the third floor were very friendly and always greeted us. However, there was one small issue: in the room I stayed in with my child, I could hear a continuous low-frequency humming sound from the bathroom. Once we fell asleep, it wasn't noticeable anymore, though. I haven't asked my friend if their room had the same issue.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Although straight line distance from Harbinxi station seems walkable, it is in fact a tough walk over broken pavements. Better to get to the hotel by taxi or Didi. The subway station is at least 700m from the hotel. The lifts are a hassle as there are only two that serve the hotel exclusively. The room is spacious and clean and still quite new. Reception is so-so."

"The location is super convenient! A ten-minute walk to the left takes you to Qiulin Company and Fendou Food Store, and another ten minutes gets you to the Provincial Museum. To the right, there are many snack bars and BBQ stalls, and if you keep walking, you'll reach the Church of the Intercession. It's also a short taxi or subway ride to Central Street or the riverside. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my 10-day trip to Harbin, this one had the most convenient transportation.
It seems they host a lot of group bookings, as there were always guests waiting to check in at the front desk every day. So, available rooms might be limited and you should book quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, very patient and meticulous, and even assisted me with contacting a courier (੭ •_•)📦"

"I originally planned to stay around Central Street when I came to Harbin, but the accommodation prices there were quite high.
**Value for Money**: I stumbled upon this recently opened hotel, located in a quiet area, and the price was truly affordable.
**Decor**: Upon closer inspection, the overall decor is elegantly designed with clean lines, and the soft furnishings and ornaments show thoughtful touches everywhere, with meticulous attention to detail.
The guest room was spotless, with no dust on surfaces, no water stains or hidden corners in the bathroom, and the bedding was dry and tidy. The housekeeping was excellent.
Although it's not in the core business district, transportation access is smooth, and the overall stay was peaceful and comfortable. It’s perfect for resting and rejuvenating away from the city's hustle and bustle. This unexpected find was a pleasant surprise and definitely worth recommending."

"The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!"

I have to make this review before the winter ends because this homestay deserves all the guests coming to snow town and snow valley. The hospitality of the owners is beyond imagination, i’m not kidding! They have been extremely helpful in guiding us throughout our travel to snow town and snow valley. We communicate using a translator but it still feels like speaking with a friend. Don’t hesitate to ask questions regarding your trip and the activities that you want to do.
As for us, we booked a 3d/2n stay with them. They helped us maximize our itinerary as well. 2 nights before our tour, the owner gave us the number of bus driver. We paid the bus tickets in advance.
Day 1
8am-2pm - Bus from Harbin to Snow Town (Xuexiang). We left our luggages in the bus. Tickets bought at the entrance. Dont worry about prebooking. Play in Snow Town until 8pm.
8pm - Bus ride from Snow Town to Snow Valley. The bus driver already knows where to drop us. At the bus stop, we were fetched by car and brought to the inn (~2 min ride).
Day 2
9am-4pm Play at Guoxiongling Bear Ridge. For 400rmb/pax, we went up the mountain by snowmobile. We played banana boat drift, snowmobile, some went skiing and a super amazing view! There were also fun group activities! :)
Note: The owner gave us drone videos of ourselves and took pictures of us. He also brought his insta360 and gave us copies of group activities videos. You can also use this during the banana boat drift which would look awesome with insta360.
The owner is also a licensed ski instructed but my husband didn’t want to ski so there’s that. Haha.
We went down around 3pm by snowmobile. At 5pm, we ordered dinner from their restaurant. The Northeastern Fish Stew is amazing!! Try it and thank me later.
After dinner we did the hot water in ice trick for Free! We also had fun talking about traveling and sharing stories of our pets, while having tea, frozen persimmons, peach and sunflower seeds. 🥰
Day 3
Departure date. Bus leaves at 6am and 9am. They booked the bus for us back to harbin. I wish we could have stayed longer!
Room we stayed had a heated Kang bed. The floor had heating too. Toiletries are complete with indoor slippers. Breakfast serving is large! The room is clean, with water heater. On top of that, it’s 1/10th of the price of snow town accommodations. Snow village offers a unique experience away from the glittery lights and sounds of snow town. It is both peaceful and charming.

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

The room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very welcoming, and the room is super warm! I came to Erbin by myself and lived very comfortably. It's very close to Jiangbei University Town subway station, and it's very convenient to get to attractions. There are also many places to eat around!

Every day since leaving Xinfu, I've been missing the sledding hill behind the lodge (it was free and unlimited!).
The owner even helps guests take photoshoots like 'splashing water into ice' (he took three amazing shots for me 😎) and 'glowing with colors.' He's an incredibly skilled photographer, and those pictures instantly elevated my social media game. They also organized a session where we all made candied hawthorns together. As an extrovert, being able to chat with everyone like that was just so enjoyable!
The owner also led the trip to Wusong Ridge, keeping us entertained, taking photos, and even teaching us how to ski along the way. As someone from the south, I truly got to experience the thrill of playing wildly in the snow!
And of course, the accommodation itself was very unique, with a traditional heated *kang* bed, ensuring a deep sleep until morning. Waking up to hot porridge in the morning was just heavenly!

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

My stay here was great! The front desk staff were really friendly and efficient with the check-in process, which was a nice touch. In Harbin's weather, you definitely want to walk! It's in a residential area, so it's quiet despite being central. You get the beauty of tourist spots alongside the vibrancy of local life. The Harbin Museum is a 3-minute walk around the corner – I went twice in two days! It seems to be an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's good!

Zhangzhanger_We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is so convinient, it's close to grocery stores, restaurants, mosques and morning markets and many more. The staff is very helpfull, the environment in here is so warm. I like my stay in here.
