"This time, mini_cloud stayed in a European-style hotel near Central Avenue in Harbin. It was super convenient for shopping and dining. The room had drinks, and they delivered fresh fruit every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also amazing; I was surprised to find substantial dishes like roast meat, sausages, and prawns, along with local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and red sausage. There was also a great selection of fruits and desserts. Every staff member I encountered, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, was incredibly warm and polite. They always proactively helped with my luggage when I arrived and departed. When checking out, an uncle even gave me a souvenir — a small orange package with coffee and candies, which perfectly matched the color of my clothes! Mini_cloud had a wonderful vacation in Harbin."

"Harbin was the last stop on our road trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room was spacious and well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The most unexpected bonus was the parking lot in the back, which was incredibly convenient. Both the front desk and cleaning staff provided excellent service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Incredible value for money! Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful hotel! We received a free room upgrade, and the room was spacious with impeccable cleanliness. The bed was absolutely magical. The room also had an ironing board with an iron, a coffee machine, and a powerful hairdryer. There's a laundry room on the floor. Breakfasts were good. Near the reception, there's a counter with tea and refreshing drinks, complimentary packed lunches, fruits, and pastries. The location is very convenient, right next to Arbat, with everything within walking distance. We don't regret choosing this hotel and would gladly return again 🫶🫶"

Everything, from the room's layout and spaciousness, the comfort of the mattress, the plush feel of the carpet, the softness of the towels, the overall cozy room design, the practical placement of power outlets, to the additional comfortable appliances, truly showcased the quality of an international hotel. We decided to extend our stay on the very first day, and I'm so grateful to the front desk for their seamless check-in and extension arrangements. Even late at night, they were actively assisting us by communicating our requests to the night shift. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of choices! I highly recommend everyone visiting Harbin to check out this place!"

"This was an experience that truly exceeded our expectations. For our girls' getaway, we chose the four-person suite. The hotel's location is excellent, right at the start of Central Street Pedestrian Street on Jingwei Street. What really made a difference was the hotel's service; it wasn't just one or two good staff members, but every interaction we had was fantastic. The front desk was incredibly thoughtful, reserving a specific floor for us based on our request. When we went for our complimentary afternoon tea, the buffet lunch was still ongoing, and they very kindly let us help ourselves. When afternoon tea officially started, they thoughtfully suggested we could move to a different table and offered to make us tea. Knowing someone in our group was celebrating a birthday, the hotel even sent a gift box of red sausages as a birthday present 🎁, which was incredibly touching. There were so many other small details that made us feel the hotel's service quality was top-notch."

"The newly opened store is very good. Take the children out to play on Central Street. It is super close. It takes only 1 minute to walk out of the hotel. It is also super close to the Sophia Church. It is convenient to choose such a suitable hotel. It is also a surprise for our family. The handsome little beauty in the front hall is also super enthusiastic, clean and natural, needless to say, the whole season is still very good quality. If it weren't for the short itinerary of Harbin, you must live for another day. And remember that his twin rooms are 1.5 meters wide! ! Like like like! ! The bedding was neatly arranged, and toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. The room remained consistently clean and comfortable, making our stay exceptionally reassuring. Whenever we had a temporary request, a call to the front desk was met with a swift response, and needed items were delivered quickly, demonstrating efficient and considerate service. All hotel staff had a strong service-oriented mindset; even when we encountered them in the hallways, they would proactively greet us with a humble and polite attitude. The lobby also offered complimentary tea and snacks, showing attention to detail. The entire service experience felt natural and genuine, without forced pleasantries, yet we constantly felt valued. The check-out process was simple and quick. The staff even proactively inquired about our stay and thoughtfully offered luggage storage services, showing great consideration. "The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent. They offer a shared airport shuttle service, which is free and convenient. The driver was very kind and helped with our luggage. There was a welcome fruit platter on the first day, and the fruit was delicious. For coffee, they had Americano, but it was very bitter as there was no sugar or creamer. I'm not sure why they don't provide them. Facilities: They have a gym and a laundry room, which was quite convenient."
