"This hotel is together with Home Inn Business Hotel. There is a laundry room here, which includes washing machines and dryers. It is very comprehensive and comes with laundry detergent, making it very convenient to wash clothes. You can also come and use it if you have booked a neo room. The front desk service attitude is good and the environment is nice. The hygiene inside the hotel is good, you can open the windows for ventilation, and the shower water is big and hot enough, which is very important for the travel living experience. After a day of running around in the hotel, I just want to take a big and hot shower to relieve the fatigue of the day. The toilet is a toilet style with a lot of water. The bed experience is okay. It's not a very soft mattress, as it would cause back pain, but it's not too hard either. The overall experience is okay. The room also comes with Nongfu Spring mineral water."

"Our first stay at Atour V3.6 was fantastic! The hotel had just opened, so all the facilities were incredibly new and clean, with absolutely no unpleasant odors. The bed and pillows in the room were on the firmer side, making for a very comfortable sleep. I woke up without any back pain and slept soundly all night. Although the windows faced the street, the soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear a thing at night. The laundry service included three washing machines and a dryer, which washed our clothes very quickly and cleanly, easily handling five days' worth of laundry in one go – excellent!"

"I arrived at the hotel quite late, but to my surprise, the shop right in the lobby was still open. It was super convenient, and the service was really thoughtful. Since the weather in Xinjiang is quite dry, my throat was a bit uncomfortable, and the front desk kindly offered me some tea, which made me feel incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and very clean. I even made sure to take a picture before checking out. This will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on!"

"Overall, it was good, but I have two main points to raise. First, the shower gel dispenser in my room ran out after just two pumps, and I was already in the shower so I couldn't call for more. Second, the young lady at the front desk provided excellent service, but the security guard was completely oblivious. I saw him engrossed in his phone multiple times while I was coming and going. I don't understand why the boss would hire someone like that. Of course, I don't know why it bothered me so much, as it didn't really affect me, but I just can't stand employees who slack off. The breakfast tasted good, but the quantity was just average."

"This is by far the best hotel in the Urho area. It's not just because it's new, but because their service comes from anticipating and meeting guests' needs. For example, we brought a car fridge because medication for a diabetic needed to be kept at a constant temperature. There's no elevator, but a kind gentleman from the restaurant helped us carry it up to our room when we arrived. The next day, after breakfast, we found a staff member stationed on the third-floor landing, specifically there to help guests with their luggage on the stairs. This level of efficiency and service awareness is rare in Xinjiang, where it's not always a strong point. The motion-sensor lighting on the public staircase is gentle, and the entire room is smart-enabled. The tiny, amber-colored indicator lights on the control panel are soft enough that they don't glare at night but still help you navigate. The bathroom's exquisite detailing, right down to the grout lines, speaks volumes about the owner's commitment to quality. The shower heats up quickly. The minibar and snacks are clean and unique. The bedding is excellent, offering just the right balance of softness and firmness, and the soundproofing is also good. Every detail reflects a people-oriented service philosophy. The breakfast restaurant offers a variety of well-prepared vegetable dishes comparable to a 5-star hotel, ensuring a nutritious start to the day. Even when hosting tour groups, they are high-quality groups; you won't see people rushing for food at breakfast or loud disturbances in the guest room areas. The laundry room is clean and tidy, with neatly organized sewing kits and packaging bags. This hotel is truly a rare gem on a journey. I hope the owners continue to maintain this standard and gain recognition from more quality-conscious guests. There are also plenty of restaurants and car washes nearby, and the parking lot is large and flat. It would be even better if they added EV charging stations in the future!"

"I have been to Xinjiang for more than ten days. I have been staying in a hotel for a high fee every day. I can't lose my family to catch up with this tourist season. So I can bear it silently. Trip.com Booking this hotel is also in the mood to try it, because their twin beds are 1.35m, and there are also Atour and the whole season around it, which are all four or five hundred. But the twin beds are all 1.2m. However, from the moment I entered the hotel, the full enthusiasm was filled with every link. The little sister at the front desk was exotic and beautiful, generous and sweet. She took the initiative to help us upgrade the family room and gave three breakfasts the next day. You do not feel the oppression and helplessness of the tourist season.
The facilities and sanitation of the room are even more impeccable, far beyond Atour and the whole season, empty mouths are not justified, and the picture is proof.

"There's a food wholesale market nearby, so you can hear some large vehicles and their engines in the mornings. It might have been a mistake by the front desk staff, but when we checked out, my husband and I were checked out, but our child wasn't, which caused issues with checking into our next hotel. It was resolved after a phone call."

When I went to pick them up today, the front desk manager promptly contacted the front desk staff on duty that day to return the lost braces to me. The entire process was very smooth and meticulous. They also made a record of the lost item. I am very grateful to the hotel for their responsible handling of lost items."

The surrounding area of the B&B is well greened, the location is easy to find, and there are many places to eat nearby. The overall stay experience is very good, the price is cheap, the hygiene is clean, quiet and safe. The standard double room I booked has four lockers, and it is no problem to put two suitcases in the room. The public bathroom is convenient to use. It is no problem to wash and hang clothes. You can add 15 yuan to do a full body scrub + sauna, which is very refreshing. The boss lady’s service attitude is great, thumbs up! I will stay here again next time I come to Dushanzi.

My family and I visited the beautiful 'Oil City' of Karamay for the first time, and our overall experience at this hotel was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the front desk, and check-in was incredibly swift. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast restaurant had plenty of seating, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and abundant, with so many choices. I wanted to try everything, but my stomach simply wasn't big enough to manage it all! The location is also incredibly convenient for exploring; Century Park and Huijia Times Shopping Center are right outside the hotel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance.

Nelson&LilyWe are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

This hotel is really amazing! From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, I felt very comfortable, and the room exceeded expectations. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I didn't want to get up when I lay down. The bedding was with a faint fragrance and there was no smell at all. The hygiene is super in place, the desktop and floor are spotless, even the corners are clean, the bathroom is refreshing and tidy, the toiletries are neatly arranged, and it is especially safe to use. The ventilation in the room is very good, the air is fresh, the overall environment is quiet and warm, and the living is particularly practical. The service is also very intimate, the staff is warm and responsive, there is no thunder at all, I will choose this next time!

Facilities: This B&B has a single-family bungalow ➕ courtyard layout, which is quite unique! The staff told us that the house was renovated from a former faculty dormitory, and it had a sense of age. In order to maintain the feeling of that era, they did not change the appearance of the dormitory and turned the room into a B&B. The house looks old but has all modern facilities inside. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. I especially like the large bathroom and the shower 🚿 (this is the shower with the best water I have ever used during my trip to Xinjiang!). The mattress here is moderately soft and hard, which is very friendly to me who doesn’t like to sleep on soft beds😂
Hygiene: The room is very hygienic. However, since it is a bungalow and the surrounding plants are lush, there will be bugs in the house. We killed several bugs and mosquitoes.
Environment: This B&B has a feeling of going home. The yard is also made like an auto repair shop, with well-arranged car parts. The four of us booked a double room and a double room, which could fit into a bungalow. If you only live in one room, you may need to share a bungalow with other residents, and the sound insulation in a bungalow is not very good (that is, the family can shout in this room to the extent that the person in the opposite room can answer). If you are concerned, please confirm with the staff in advance~

It's brimming with a rich Western Xinjiang Uighur style, featuring earthy yellow buildings, handmade carpets, and distinctive painted decor that creates an incredibly immersive atmosphere. The courtyard seating areas have an authentic Xinjiang local feel, and sitting there in the evening is particularly delightful. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the entire property offers fantastic photo opportunities everywhere you look. Its location right next to the World Devil City is absolutely superb, making it a perfect stopover for a road trip. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Karamay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I pass through.

The room is clean and odorless, with complete facilities. The tea bags provided taste good. There is a business district under construction nearby, so it is quiet and not noisy. There is a convenience store downstairs, and it is not far from the business district. It takes only a short drive to get there, and there is no shortage of parking spaces. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The service attitude is pretty good. It is recommended to use some coffee-flavored aromatherapy or styling to highlight the characteristics of the hotel.
