"This is by far the best hotel in the Urho area. It's not just because it's new, but because their service comes from anticipating and meeting guests' needs. For example, we brought a car fridge because medication for a diabetic needed to be kept at a constant temperature. There's no elevator, but a kind gentleman from the restaurant helped us carry it up to our room when we arrived. The next day, after breakfast, we found a staff member stationed on the third-floor landing, specifically there to help guests with their luggage on the stairs. This level of efficiency and service awareness is rare in Xinjiang, where it's not always a strong point. The motion-sensor lighting on the public staircase is gentle, and the entire room is smart-enabled. The tiny, amber-colored indicator lights on the control panel are soft enough that they don't glare at night but still help you navigate. The bathroom's exquisite detailing, right down to the grout lines, speaks volumes about the owner's commitment to quality. The shower heats up quickly. The minibar and snacks are clean and unique. The bedding is excellent, offering just the right balance of softness and firmness, and the soundproofing is also good. Every detail reflects a people-oriented service philosophy. The breakfast restaurant offers a variety of well-prepared vegetable dishes comparable to a 5-star hotel, ensuring a nutritious start to the day. Even when hosting tour groups, they are high-quality groups; you won't see people rushing for food at breakfast or loud disturbances in the guest room areas. The laundry room is clean and tidy, with neatly organized sewing kits and packaging bags. This hotel is truly a rare gem on a journey. I hope the owners continue to maintain this standard and gain recognition from more quality-conscious guests. There are also plenty of restaurants and car washes nearby, and the parking lot is large and flat. It would be even better if they added EV charging stations in the future!"

"Our first stay at Atour V3.6 was fantastic! The hotel had just opened, so all the facilities were incredibly new and clean, with absolutely no unpleasant odors. The bed and pillows in the room were on the firmer side, making for a very comfortable sleep. I woke up without any back pain and slept soundly all night. Although the windows faced the street, the soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear a thing at night. The laundry service included three washing machines and a dryer, which washed our clothes very quickly and cleanly, easily handling five days' worth of laundry in one go – excellent!"

There is no pungent decoration smell at all when entering the store, the decoration is luxurious and advanced, the whole house equipment is brand new, intelligent control lights, screen TVs are very useful. The room is spacious and light, the sanitation is the ultimate, the corners and bathrooms are clean and dry, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation is great, and the night is particularly quiet. The young lady at the front desk was enthusiastic and patient, and took the initiative to recommend the surrounding food to play, and check in for a few minutes. "We came here for a trip from Chengdu. We booked this hotel to visit Devil City the next day. It was a ten-minute drive away. There is a Liangzai BBQ near the hotel, which is highly recommended. It is delicious and many locals eat there. There is a Legion next to the hotel, which makes us feel safe. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us with our suitcases and check in quickly. There are also many restaurants near the hotel, which is quite convenient, hygienic and soundproofed. The hotel breakfast is also diverse, with coffee, milk, soy milk, egg fried rice, porridge, and side dishes. The taste is also good, thumbs up 👍!"

"The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. The food street, leisure and shopping are nearby and can be reached in just a few minutes. There is a large parking lot downstairs. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows make it very comfortable for the sunlight to shine in. The room is well-equipped. The key point is that the curtains are smart, the switch is on the bedside, there is light music playing in the room, and you can also connect to your mobile phone via Bluetooth. After a tiring day, falling asleep listening to soothing music is so relaxing. The free tea and coffee taste great. There are free toilet seats in the bathroom, which is very considerate for me, who is a germophobe. The large floor-to-ceiling glass in the corridor is very bright. When I went to pick them up today, the front desk manager promptly contacted the front desk staff on duty that day to return the lost braces to me. The entire process was very smooth and meticulous. The surrounding area of the B&B is well greened, the location is easy to find, and there are many places to eat nearby. The overall stay experience is very good, the price is cheap, the hygiene is clean, quiet and safe. The standard double room I booked has four lockers, and it is no problem to put two suitcases in the room. The public bathroom is convenient to use. It is no problem to wash and hang clothes. You can add 15 yuan to do a full body scrub + sauna, which is very refreshing. The boss lady’s service attitude is great, thumbs up! I will stay here again next time I come to Dushanzi.

Angel_333The hotel's facilities made me wonder if the owner was an amateur. First, the signal indicator near the air conditioner was extremely bright at night, like a nightlight, making for a very poor sleep experience. Second, the hotel rooms had marble floors, but there was no doormat at the bathroom entrance, making it easy to slip after washing up. Third, the towel rack was directly above the toilet, making it easy to drop towels into the toilet while showering. Fourth, in 2025, having only a washing machine and no dryer is practically the same as not having a laundry room at all. Fifth, it's clearly a transit point for senior tour groups traveling from Northern Xinjiang to the Ili loop, so the entire hotel was incredibly noisy. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the fact is, the senior tour groups were very noisy, easily waking us up at night and in the morning. In short, I don't recommend it.

This hotel is really amazing! From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, I felt very comfortable, and the room exceeded expectations. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I didn't want to get up when I lay down. The bedding was with a faint fragrance and there was no smell at all. The hygiene is super in place, the desktop and floor are spotless, even the corners are clean, the bathroom is refreshing and tidy, the toiletries are neatly arranged, and it is especially safe to use. The ventilation in the room is very good, the air is fresh, the overall environment is quiet and warm, and the living is particularly practical. The service is also very intimate, the staff is warm and responsive, there is no thunder at all, I will choose this next time!

Nelson&LilyWe are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

Breakfast is from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM; it's best to go during off-peak times as it can get crowded. The complimentary souvenir provided by the hotel has a nice Xinjiang local flair, and the welcome fruit was delicious.

The room is clean and odorless, with complete facilities. The tea bags provided taste good. There is a business district under construction nearby, so it is quiet and not noisy. There is a convenience store downstairs, and it is not far from the business district. It takes only a short drive to get there, and there is no shortage of parking spaces. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The service attitude is pretty good. It is recommended to use some coffee-flavored aromatherapy or styling to highlight the characteristics of the hotel.

Facilities: This B&B has a single-family bungalow ➕ courtyard layout, which is quite unique! The staff told us that the house was renovated from a former faculty dormitory, and it had a sense of age. In order to maintain the feeling of that era, they did not change the appearance of the dormitory and turned the room into a B&B. The house looks old but has all modern facilities inside. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. I especially like the large bathroom and the shower 🚿 (this is the shower with the best water I have ever used during my trip to Xinjiang!). The mattress here is moderately soft and hard, which is very friendly to me who doesn’t like to sleep on soft beds😂
Hygiene: The room is very hygienic. However, since it is a bungalow and the surrounding plants are lush, there will be bugs in the house. We killed several bugs and mosquitoes.
Environment: This B&B has a feeling of going home. The yard is also made like an auto repair shop, with well-arranged car parts. The four of us booked a double room and a double room, which could fit into a bungalow. If you only live in one room, you may need to share a bungalow with other residents, and the sound insulation in a bungalow is not very good (that is, the family can shout in this room to the extent that the person in the opposite room can answer). If you are concerned, please confirm with the staff in advance~
