"My trip to Xinjiang during the National Day holiday was truly breathtaking! But the most beautiful scenery is often found along the way, and given the long distances, choosing a clean, comfortable hotel with warm and attentive service is crucial! This time, I stayed at the Wuzhen Tancheng Hotel, the best accommodation I chose after careful comparison! It's relatively close to attractions like the Devil City and the Populus euphratica forest, making it convenient for getting around! During my stay, our butler, Xiao Ke, provided consistently warm and attentive service. He helped us apply for tickets to the Devil City, and when we needed extra disposable slippers and toiletries late at night, he promptly delivered them after notifying us! When we arrived at the hotel, there was a song and dance performance going on. After the show, we enjoyed some nearby food, but time was too short to fully appreciate the hotel's unique architectural charm. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The room was very small; I booked a business double room, and there wasn't even a desk. The facilities were comparatively poor, although the service was quite good. There seemed to be a problem with the water system when I checked in on the first day; as shown in the picture, I couldn't take a shower at all. I'm not sure if it was fixed that night or the next day."

"The hotel environment was decent. They said they upgraded me to a mountain view room, but it was on the first floor, with the window facing the road. There was absolutely no privacy with people constantly walking by, and no view whatsoever. The main issue was that they claimed the solar water heater wouldn't work on a cloudy day, so there was no hot water from afternoon until evening. The front desk said it would be available the next morning, and trusting them, I waited until check-out, but still no hot water. To visit Sayram Lake, I had to boil water just to wash my hair..."
