3-Star Hotels in Karamay

The room was great, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very polite. They offer a free private parking lot. They also provided complimentary raisins, nuts, and drinks. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's facilities made me wonder if the owner was an amateur. First, the signal indicator near the air conditioner was extremely bright at night, like a nightlight, making for a very poor sleep experience. Second, the hotel rooms had marble floors, but there was no doormat at the bathroom entrance, making it easy to slip after washing up. Third, the towel rack was directly above the toilet, making it easy to drop towels into the toilet while showering. Fourth, in 2025, having only a washing machine and no dryer is practically the same as not having a laundry room at all. Fifth, it's clearly a transit point for senior tour groups traveling from Northern Xinjiang to the Ili loop, so the entire hotel was incredibly noisy. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the fact is, the senior tour groups were very noisy, easily waking us up at night and in the morning. In short, I don't recommend it.

Room Service: Very good, the parking space is full, the staff is attentive and considerate of customers, and a parking space is found at the door. It is difficult to find a good accommodation when you are away from home. I highly recommend it to everyone

Very satisfied, perfect for a family trip. There's also a fruit shop next door where you can buy delicious Xinjiang fruits. The only downside is that the breakfast selection isn't very extensive.

My stay this time was absolutely perfect! 🌟 The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of dining options and parking nearby. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so soft, I had a great night's sleep that really helped shake off the travel fatigue. It's incredibly good value for money, definitely recommend it! 🤝

Choosing the GreenTree Inn Museum Branch for our drive through the Duku Highway was a fantastic decision! The location is truly unbeatable – right outside is the Duku Highway Museum, so we didn't have to rush the next morning to hit the road. Plus, there are restaurants and convenience stores all along the street, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with no dust or odd smells. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistently strong. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were quick to check us in, very friendly and helpful, even recommending local food spots and offering tips for our Duku Highway trip!

The room is clean and odorless, with complete facilities. The tea bags provided taste good. There is a business district under construction nearby, so it is quiet and not noisy. There is a convenience store downstairs, and it is not far from the business district. It takes only a short drive to get there, and there is no shortage of parking spaces. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The service attitude is pretty good. It is recommended to use some coffee-flavored aromatherapy or styling to highlight the characteristics of the hotel.

The room is spacious and bright, very close to the big oil bubble, the sanitation is also very clean, the front desk lady is very warm, introduced me to a lot of food around, in short, a very satisfactory stay, cost-effective, come back next time.

Special praise of the hotel package! The exclusive parking lot has enough parking spaces, and there is no need to worry about parking problems when driving. Parking is free and cost-effective. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are fully equipped and clean, the service is intimate and meticulous, not only can you park in the car at ease, but also can sit on the Tianshan scenery, the first choice for travel accommodation, and stay here next time!

The oil company had its problems: an indifferent receptionist, no parking signs, and no breakfast. There weren't any breakfast options nearby either. Luckily, there was a KFC nearby. The hot and cold water pipes were reversed; the hot water wouldn't heat up after a long time. Later, we discovered the blue indicator for cold water was for hot water. The faucet was wobbly.
