"I chose this hotel after looking through many options for my trip to Xinjiang. Since my flight arrived in Korla and I was taking a train to Aksu, I picked a hotel close to the train station. What I liked most was its location on the main road; not only was it near the train station, but the airport shuttle also passes by this main road, making it very convenient to get here from the airport. As for the hotel experience: the service was excellent, they gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the cleanliness was also top-notch. At first, the TV in the room could be adjusted from all angles, which almost led to a funny mishap, haha. Overall, the stay was fantastic, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and it was easy to get around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can find all sorts of good food. The decor is a stylish, natural wood style. The lobby is very cozy, and I even played a piano. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities were new and complete. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied. I got their business card, and I would definitely stay here again if I come back next time."

"This is arguably the newest and most luxurious hotel in Korla, with a great sense of design. The lobby has a wonderful play of light and shadow from the direct sunlight. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but perhaps because it's newly opened, there are still some areas that need improvement and fine-tuning. For example, the kids' club still has a strong odor and no dedicated staff supervision; I even saw uneaten ice cream dropped by children that hadn't been cleaned up. The hot pot restaurant staff also seemed quite inexperienced; sometimes several would appear at once, and other times no one could be found. However, despite these shortcomings, the hotel's client manager, Alice, was very prompt in responding to and resolving issues. Furthermore, the room cleanliness, the lounge's view, and the scenery were all excellent. At night, you can even see the lights of the pagoda. Overall, it's pretty good value for money!"

"I originally booked at Berman, but due to a hygiene issue, I switched to this hotel last minute, and to my surprise, it was a pleasant discovery. The room was spacious and cozy. The price was already good, and with the Ctrip points, it was an absolute steal – excellent value for money! The hotel's location is also fantastic, right opposite the Bazhou Museum. Anonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low

Old FoxI enjoyed my three days at this hotel. The carpets and rooms look dated and it is time for a serious refurbishment. But the bed was large and comfortable. The internet and air conditioning worked well. The ladies at the reception desk were kind, welcoming and in good spirits. The location is literally one minute from the train station which I found very convenient. A pleasant stay, xie xie!
