"Really good experience. Amazing breakfast options and the hotel room is nice and decent, the location is great. The hotel staffs are really nice. They helped me picked up a lost item in the hotel when I checked out.
The only thing that can be improved is the number of elevators. Two is a bit too few for the rush-hour demand for the breakfast."

"This time, I was on a business trip to Korla, and my wife came to visit me halfway through, so we could celebrate 520 together. I had pre-ordered flowers and a cake from a florist, but I was too busy with work to sign for them. A big thank you to Zhu and Cao from the concierge team for helping coordinate the signing, arranging the hotel's car rental service for me, decorating the car with flowers, and even providing a souvenir gift. They were incredibly thoughtful and meticulous! I sincerely appreciate their help. My room also got an upgrade, and the decor was very unique and stylish. The hot pot dinner included in the package was also delicious."

The suite was booked and upgraded. Two rooms, one living room and two bathrooms. The room was large. I lived for 4 adults. It was no problem to bring two children. It was suitable for a family."

AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.
