"Really good experience. Amazing breakfast options and the hotel room is nice and decent, the location is great. The hotel staffs are really nice. They helped me picked up a lost item in the hotel when I checked out.
The only thing that can be improved is the number of elevators. Two is a bit too few for the rush-hour demand for the breakfast."

"Huge thanks to Alice from Guest Relations for the thoughtful room upgrade – it was a wonderful surprise and truly enhanced my stay. Upon check-in, I received a beautifully prepared welcome gift, including a generous selection of fresh fruit, a hand-drawn greeting card, and vouchers for drinks and breakfast. The attention to detail was impeccable.
Hotel Highlights: The Courtyard by Marriott Korla's design really stands out with its unique local flair, moving beyond a standardized look. It's artistic yet comfortable, and I was particularly impressed by the room layout and the views from the window.
Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, having access to the Renaissance hotel's pool and fitness center was a great bonus; the facilities and environment there were excellent.

"During the Spring Festival, I took my parents to Korla to play. I originally booked for a day. After I went to the Robren Village, I stayed for another day because the hotel was good. The suite was booked and upgraded. Two rooms, one living room and two bathrooms. The room was large. I lived for 4 adults. It was no problem to bring two children. It was suitable for a family."

AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

The most unforgettable thing about this trip to Korla was packing the sincerity of my Uyghur friends into my suitcase. If you also want to experience the warm human feelings when you open the door like I do, rather than the cold feeling of a luxury high-end hotel, I strongly recommend the Jinlan Business Hotel hidden in the Grand Bazaar of Southern Xinjiang.
