The room was booked in a parent-child room. In fact, we only lived for two people. It was very spacious. The bedding, towels and bath towels were very clean. The bathroom and toilet were separated from wet and dry. They must be praised! Hot water comes as soon as it is turned on, you don't have to wait a long time, it is also a plus!

"Being a Marriott property, the quality is pretty much guaranteed. The room was clean and comfortable. The butler added me on WeChat early on and was incredibly responsive to all my requests. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, though it was a bit of a walk to get to the Renaissance's breakfast restaurant, where the swimming pool is also located.
Room service could use some improvement. Not only was delivery slow, but after housekeeping cleaned the room, they often forgot to replenish clean towels and tissues. However, once I raised these issues, they were quick to improve.
On the plus side, the hotel's location is quite quiet, and it's convenient for driving around."

The next morning, I packed it early because of the high-speed rail. "A less than pleasant stay. We booked a family room, specifying four people (three adults and one child) and requiring four pairs of slippers, but none were provided in the room. Although we requested them over the phone, there weren't enough toothbrushes or shower caps, and nothing for the child was provided – it felt careless. The bathroom drain was clogged, and after the first person showered, the bathroom flooded. We had to wait for someone to fix it after midnight. The air conditioning was faulty; even at 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees Celsius. Sleeping on the thick mattress was uncomfortable even without a blanket, and since we finished showering around 1 or 2 AM, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. We were woken up at 9 AM by loud construction noise outside the window. Local government officials start work at 10 AM, so 9 AM is roughly equivalent to 7 or 8 AM in inland China. We had specifically requested a quiet room in the booking notes, but our needs weren't considered at all when the room was arranged, which made us quite angry. This was the worst hotel experience of our two-week trip to Xinjiang."

Anonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

TianhuangguThe room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low
Summary: The appearance and lobby are four stars, the room is three stars, the supplies and breakfast are at the level of a guesthouse...

Old FoxI enjoyed my three days at this hotel. The carpets and rooms look dated and it is time for a serious refurbishment. But the bed was large and comfortable. The internet and air conditioning worked well. The ladies at the reception desk were kind, welcoming and in good spirits. The location is literally one minute from the train station which I found very convenient. A pleasant stay, xie xie!

This hotel is really great! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt as comfortable as if I were back home. The room was so clean and tidy that it was amazing. Isn't it more comfortable than home? It's like living in a warm little nest. I will come again next time! For example, the king-size bed room I stayed in this time was so comfortable to sleep on! The location of the hotel is also great! There is everything around, and travel is super convenient. Isn't it just like living in the city center? I walked around and ate around here, it was so cozy, I just loved it! The service of the hotel is simply amazing! The staff are super enthusiastic and available at any time. Isn't this the standard of a five-star hotel? I once asked them to help me get something, and the speed was amazing! The hotel is very cost-effective!
