The attention to detail was impeccable. Hotel Highlights: The Courtyard by Marriott Korla's design really stands out with its unique local flair, moving beyond a standardized look. It's artistic yet comfortable, and I was particularly impressed by the room layout and the views from the window. Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, having access to the Renaissance hotel's pool and fitness center was a great bonus; the facilities and environment there were excellent. Overall Impression: From the warm welcome to the outstanding service, and from the design to the dining, this stay far exceeded my expectations. "This is a very memorable experience in Korla. The hotel is very new and we have specially prepared welcome fruits and raisins. And the front desk of the hotel is extremely spacious, beautiful and high-rise. And there is a laundry and drying service, all using LG equipment, very high-end. "The Korla Renaissance is definitely the best hotel in Korla! The location is excellent, right by the Peacock River, offering fantastic views. The hotel's decor is full of Western Regions Silk Road style, and the lobby is grand. The rooms are spacious and new, spotlessly clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, a special shout-out to Selina, Ruby, and Zhang Shuo. Before checking in, we toured several room types, and my friends unanimously decided to stay at the Renaissance. After check-in, they even thoughtfully gifted us Korla fragrant pears. The stargazing pool is incredibly beautiful, and the gym is well-equipped. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including Xinjiang specialty baked buns and beef noodles. The overall experience was perfect. This is my top choice when visiting Korla! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are new and the service is good. I called a taxi to pick up the plane, and I upgraded the room type at the hotel. The next morning, I packed it early because of the high-speed rail. The fly in the ointment, the room heating is too hot, the noise outside the window is loud, the air conditioner can turn on the warm air, it is too hot to sleep all night, I hope to adjust the indoor heating temperature, and the air conditioner can turn on the cold air."
