After communicating with Trip.com customer service butler and the hotel, they quickly resolved it, so that the tired and restless mood of travel immediately eased! Like the hotel service! The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are new and the service is good. I called a taxi to pick up the plane, and I upgraded the room type at the hotel. The next morning, I packed it early because of the high-speed rail. The fly in the ointment, the room heating is too hot, the noise outside the window is loud, the air conditioner can turn on the warm air, it is too hot to sleep all night, I hope to adjust the indoor heating temperature, and the air conditioner can turn on the cold air.

Tourists driving from Urumqi through the tunnel to Korla recommend this accommodation. The underfloor heating is excellent, even a bit too warm in winter, and the water pressure is great, making showers comfortable and satisfying. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and tidy, with complete facilities and satisfactory service. The security guards, front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and has ample spaces. Highly recommended!

A less than pleasant stay. We booked a family room, specifying four people (three adults and one child) and requiring four pairs of slippers, but none were provided in the room. Although we requested them over the phone, there weren't enough toothbrushes or shower caps, and nothing for the child was provided – it felt careless. The bathroom drain was clogged, and after the first person showered, the bathroom flooded. We had to wait for someone to fix it after midnight. The air conditioning was faulty; even at 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees Celsius. Sleeping on the thick mattress was uncomfortable even without a blanket, and since we finished showering around 1 or 2 AM, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. We were woken up at 9 AM by loud construction noise outside the window. Local government officials start work at 10 AM, so 9 AM is roughly equivalent to 7 or 8 AM in inland China. We had specifically requested a quiet room in the booking notes, but our needs weren't considered at all when the room was arranged, which made us quite angry. This was the worst hotel experience of our two-week trip to Xinjiang.

Great hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even brought me some water when they saw me coughing badly, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I also appreciated that the laundry room came with detergent. There's a gym available too.

I finished the meal at 10:30 and entered at 9:18 the next day. Not only was there nothing, there were no plates. I asked the waiter, and he replied expressionlessly: Use a bowl. There were not many bowls left, so just use it. Let's review the feeling of staying in a hotel in the 1970s and 1980s. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel in the past 30 years, and it may not happen again in the future. Vienna should have always been a three-star hotel, and this international hotel may not be used to the four-star hotel. I have always avoided staying in Vienna before, but this time I saw the word ”international” and wanted to try it, but failed.
