It was a very satisfying trip. The service of housekeeper No. 181 was attentive and considerate. I brought two children with me, and she specially prepared two cups of hot milk, and sent yogurt and fruit. The room was clean and tidy. It was the first time I saw that all the bath towels and towels were sealed after disinfection. Even the TV remote control was sealed. I sincerely recommend it.

The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are new and the service is good. I called a taxi to pick up the plane, and I upgraded the room type at the hotel. The next morning, I packed it early because of the high-speed rail. The fly in the ointment, the room heating is too hot, the noise outside the window is loud, the air conditioner can turn on the warm air, it is too hot to sleep all night, I hope to adjust the indoor heating temperature, and the air conditioner can turn on the cold air.

The breakfast was good, soundproofing excellent, facilities top-notch, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious, the TV large, and there was a laundry room. The shower water pressure was perfect, and the service was attentive. Plus, it's pet-friendly! It's right next to the Swan River, making for lovely walks in the park. The weather in Korla was also fantastic! Parking is free, and there are many delicious eateries downstairs – so many people come here to eat, it just adds to the comfortable vibe! It’s also very convenient for driving to Bosten Lake. I highly recommend this hotel! If you come to Korla, stay here, and you'll be full of happiness. And remember, Korla's fruits are amazing too!
