We arrived quite late, but the room was at a comfortable temperature, likely because the air conditioning had been turned on in advance. After checking in, I received a message from Alice sharing a QR code to scan when exiting the underground parking (the front desk staff had already informed me upon arrival). This coordination among the team is commendable. Now, about the room itself: there were two complimentary bottles of water on the mini-bar, two more in the fridge (chilled, perfect for those who like cold drinks in summer), and another two on the vanity. This thoughtful provision is excellent. The toilet, however, was a bit of a nuisance 😂. Its sensor was too sensitive, causing the lid to constantly hit my back. On the bright side, the shower water temperature was perfect (most people care about water temperature), and yours was just right. (As someone in the same industry, I was very satisfied). Regarding areas for improvement: please pay a bit more attention to hygiene details. Also, it took a long time for someone to answer after pressing the service center button on the room phone. As a fellow industry professional, I understand, but for a regular guest, such a long wait could negatively impact their experience. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and thanks again!"

"The hotel has a great location with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The room was cozy and sunny, but I don't understand why the air conditioner turned on automatically after I turned it off. The air felt very dry after it was on."
