"It's a truly beautiful and comfortable place!!! While the location isn't the most convenient, being deep in the mountains and forests, it's definitely suitable for a self-driving tour. I took the high-speed train from Hong Kong to Shenzhen North Station, directly to Huaiji Station, and then called a Didi (ride-hailing service) which only cost around 80-100 HKD. The rooms have water, snacks, fruit, and instant noodles, which are replenished daily during room cleaning, which is great! Also, note that you can't order takeout here! Remember to bring your own snacks and late-night treats!"
