"The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels and regular towels were clean and thick. The trash cans had sorting compartments, and the leaf-shaped soap smelled lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, and we got to try all the local snacks. I even saw many people in ethnic costumes taking photos; I'm not sure if it was a special service provided by the hotel, but we were in a hurry and didn't have time to ask. "

"Room aircon was preset to very high (26C) during winter time. Room temperature was high and not able to adjust. Compliant to the mgr but was told the temp is controlled by the central aircon. The room service brought in a fan, can’t believe it was tagged as 5-star hotel"

"The hotel is brand new. The water pressure was excellent, even on higher floors – a definite plus! They also have a spacious underground parking garage, and parking is free; once you're checked in, you can come and go as you please. Food delivery is even handled by robots. There are many shops and businesses nearby, which is very convenient. The laundry facilities are handy, but the dryer is just okay; it's fine for quick-dry clothes but not effective for cotton items. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Ningde."

Everything has been changed, just like a newly opened hotel, and there is no smell. The bedding is also new, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The hotel's other facilities are also very complete. The laundry room and gym are very practical, which is especially friendly for people who travel frequently. Washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines are all available. **Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!

AAsenbalabalaThe B&B is located next to Xiaohao Beach, quiet and comfortable. The room by the window can directly see the beach. If the sun is good, the view should be pretty good. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we arrived. However, if the tide happens to be low, you can borrow tools for catching the sea from the boss instead of buying them yourself.
If you want to go to Dongbi Village and Huazhu Village, the boss has electric cars and gas-burning scooters, which are very convenient for those who can ride.

In addition, we are not members and wanted to check out at 2 o'clock. We were originally charged 30 yuan per hour, but after communication, there was no charge! GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

TTango 2023I have stayed at this hotel when I visited Fu’an for the past three trips. The excellent service provided their staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. They helped me start my day with a hearty breakfast and warm greetings.

AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

GGuest UserMy friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy!
The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station.
Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs.
It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

WWantongThe hotel is very close to Taimushan Bus Station, just a short walk away. It only costs about ten yuan to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. (I had to take the early high-speed train in the morning, so I specifically booked a hotel in the town. After a long time of selection, Liansheng was a very cost-effective choice).
The room is large, with standard equipment and spacious bathroom facilities. The towels were very thick, and the shower water volume was not large. Maybe a group of guests had just checked in, which affected the water volume, but the water temperature was high and it didn't seem to be affected. There were no disposable slippers in the room, but I was prepared and did not ask the front desk.
The bathroom is equipped with a retractable mirror for makeup and a rattan basket for used towels (usually only available in four-star hotels), which surprised me.
The front desk staff are very friendly. The attitude of domestic service industry staff has changed a lot. I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the past six months. The attitude of the service staff (whether front desk or cleaning and maintenance staff) is very friendly. It is different from what it was 20 or 30 years ago. Not quite the same. This is very worthy of recognition.
