"First time in Ningde, and the hotel upgraded me to a lake view room. I could enjoy beautiful scenery from both the room's balcony and the bathroom window. **Facilities:** Excellent. They have everything, including washing machines and fitness equipment.

"The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming. My travel plans changed, and the hotel kindly extended my check-out by an hour free of charge, which was incredibly helpful for a business traveler like me. The hotel has just been renovated, so all the facilities and equipment are brand new. The room even has an Xioadu smart assistant for controls. It's also very close to Ningde Station, about a 20-minute taxi ride, and there's a bus stop right next to the hotel. Being in the city center makes it super convenient to get around. Plus, they have robots for deliveries, which is a nice touch!"

"The hotel is brand new. The water pressure was excellent, even on higher floors – a definite plus! They also have a spacious underground parking garage, and parking is free; once you're checked in, you can come and go as you please. Food delivery is even handled by robots. There are many shops and businesses nearby, which is very convenient. The laundry facilities are handy, but the dryer is just okay; it's fine for quick-dry clothes but not effective for cotton items. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Ningde."

I din manage to try the breakfast hopefully I can next time.
Hotel lobby is beautiful and it s a new area, there is restaurant within walking distance but not much.

GGuest UserIt was my second time staying there. The taxi people didn’t want to take me so I ended up walking there from the station. It will take you 40 minutes to walk but it is downhill. Obviously it is better to take a taxi . But if you walk, exit the station and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. Ignore the first turning and carry on to the next one. Turn left and walk to the end and turn left again. There is a row of five big building and the hotel is the last one. Very visible. The rooms are very nice with charging points next to the bed. Shower and toilet are excellent. The mattresses are VERY comfortable here. Room equipped with everything for showering, hair and teeth. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of foods. This time they gave me a Japanese themed room. I am 65 and not supple. So not practical for going to the loo. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleeping close to the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent

Dongbi offers stunning scenery, making it the perfect choice for photography enthusiasts. I booked a sea-view room, and the view when opening the curtains was so spectacular I even filmed it!

CClaudette KoraLocation is perfect, the free use of the e-bike enabled me to venture out and discover the wonders of the area. Sunrise welcomed me, I was totally delighted by the beautiful scenery of the wider area. There is a small shore near by and they provide beach clam hunting tools, also great activity for travelling families. The family room I stayed in is very spacious with a view overlooking the veggie gardens and the Bay. Clean, crisp and comfy. The host is the bees knees! she is extra attentive and ensures your stay is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious(seafood noodles), and the food available to order at a nearby seafood restaurant is great! I was craving fruit and chocolate the evening I arrived, next minute a fruit/food truck showed up at the hotel. Everything is basically at your doorstep. It was a magical holistic experience. Come and open your mind to the infinite possibilities✨I recommend to stay atleast 3-4 days to enjoy the surrounding areas aswell, mauri ora!

I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.

Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

TTango 2023I have stayed at this hotel when I visited Fu’an for the past three trips. The excellent service provided their staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. They helped me start my day with a hearty breakfast and warm greetings.

AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

Next, I came to the homestay environment and was pleasantly surprised again. It has a terrace, a mahjong machine, a laundry room, a home theater (can have KTV), and most importantly, a self-service kitchen (which can process seafood bought from the seaside. This is really so happy. I can eat it angrily. A wave of very cost-effective crabs), the B&B also has an elevator, the decoration is comfortable and considerate, and the stay experience is great 💯

The surrounding facilities are very good. There are cafes, western restaurants, Chara, bars and some seafood restaurants at night. Hygiene: The hotel is also very clean. Environment: You can see that the hotel's initial remote location is actually its swimming pool, but if you want to take pictures of people, it is recommended to take pictures in the check-in lobby.
