"This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others"

"Let me start with the overall impression: the entire experience was great.
Facilities: Good, no major issues.
Hygiene: Excellent. I'm not a germaphobe or anything, but it felt really clean.
Environment: You can directly access Wanpingkou Scenic Area through the small garden gate on the east side. It's about a 600 or 800-meter walk, even my four-year-old had no problem with it. We booked a room with a sunrise view, located on the tenth floor, slightly to the south. The sunrise view was absolutely incredible, a fantastic experience. Watching the morning sun emerge from the horizon like an egg yolk, that feeling of 'the red sun just risen, its light grand and bright' was truly overwhelming.
Service: Overall, the service was very good. I particularly want to highlight the cleanliness and order maintenance in the breakfast restaurant – it was incredibly timely and well-regulated. The food selection was rich, and basically everything we ate was delicious. Especially the beef noodles, both kids unanimously agreed they were excellent.
I have two minor suggestions. First, regarding some charged services. For instance, the attendant in the kids' play area told us it cost 58 RMB per hour. However, the sign outside also mentioned 108 RMB per day… Another example: when my child's clothes got dirty in the evening, I called to ask about the laundry room. The person who answered said laundry was a charged service… but didn't proactively offer further details about the price. It would be helpful to just state the charges directly 🤝. Of course, overall it was a wonderful experience. Even two days after returning home, my child still tells me, 'Daddy, that hotel we stayed at was really good!'"

Tea picking, while physically demanding, is a great way to de-stress—once you start, you can't stop! The hotel staff will even process the picked tea leaves for you to take home as a souvenir. The food here is delicious, and if you want a change of pace in the evening, you can order some barbecue. The coffee and ice cream are also quite good. Before leaving, the restaurant thoughtfully gave us tea seedlings, making this a truly pleasant experience.

Central cooling, Beds are very comfortable and soft, Room as very spacious and included toileteries and housekeeping once every two days. Strongly recommend this. MMakabakashuibuzhuoCame here with the kids on the second day of Chinese New Year, mainly for the water park. We booked a sea-view suite, which was spacious enough and had a large outdoor terrace with an unbeatable view directly facing the seaside pier. The buffet restaurant gets incredibly crowded for both breakfast and dinner, so I'd recommend going during off-peak hours; otherwise, you'll be queuing. We opted for the à la carte restaurant next door instead. The kids' play area isn't very big, and there aren't many seats in the parent waiting area. There's also a queue for the go-karts. The water park itself is warm and comfortable, with a full range of facilities for children, including a wave pool and foam parties. Guests staying at the hotel get free lockers and towels. Overall, it's definitely recommended, especially if you're visiting outside of public holidays.

The hotel has the hardware of an old five-star hotel, but because of its age, it seems a bit outdated. The TV is still small, the facilities in the room are not smart, and the location of the bedside socket needs to be improved, otherwise it is very cumbersome to charge the mobile phone.
Talking about the advantages of the room, the room is huge, and it also has a super large balcony with a 45° viewing angle. It is not a full sea view, but it is already good, and the sound insulation is very good; the bathroom has a shower room, a bathtub, dry and wet separation, a safe, and a refrigerator. This is a complete standard. It can be seen that the decoration materials are better than many new hotels. The bedding is also good and the sleep is quite comfortable.
It is recommended that the housekeeping department open the refrigerator in summer and put more ice water in it for guests to take it by themselves, otherwise it is time-consuming and laborious to call the housekeeping department to deliver water all the time. Water doesn't cost much.
The maintenance work is average, the details of the room cannot be investigated in depth, and the sanitation and cleaning cannot be carefully checked because the facilities and equipment are a bit old.
A free laundry room should be set up. Now many express hotels are free. It is a bit inappropriate to charge here.
Overall, it is quite satisfactory. It is close to the beach, star standard, and the price is not expensive. For families traveling with children, at least the hotel does not have much formaldehyde smell, which is in line with expectations.

The main issue was that the shower in the bathroom wasn't properly sealed, causing water to leak out onto the floor. I reported it to the front desk, but it wasn't repaired, nor did they proactively offer a room change. The soundproofing by the door was also poor; even slight noises from the corridor were easily audible. Despite these points, the overall value for money was still good.

- **Environment:** Surrounded by mountains, the air here is incredibly fresh, full of negative oxygen ions. The moment you step in, it feels like entering a secluded paradise, far from the city's hustle and bustle. My mind and body instantly relaxed. Lying in the room at night, listening to the sounds of insects and gazing at the starry sky, was both romantic and incredibly peaceful.
- **Service:** The staff were warm and attentive, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. The check-in process was not only quick and efficient but also included detailed recommendations for local attractions. Any request was promptly addressed, making it feel just like home.
- **Room:** The room was clean, tidy, and cozily furnished with high-quality amenities. Drawing back the curtains revealed a stunning view of a large tea plantation, which was both pleasant to the eye and soothing to the soul. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well.
- **Location:** It's close to the city center, making transportation convenient, and there are many attractions nearby.

One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, which was within walking distance. This made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever I desired.
The variety of food options available was outstanding, catering to different tastes and preferences, which greatly enhanced my dining experience.
However, I did find the room to be quite small. It lacked adequate space for my belongings, making it somewhat challenging to organize my things comfortably during my stay.
