"The hotel and my parents' triple room were perfect; the room was spacious, and we slept well (the night market around the hotel wasn't noisy afterward, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable).
Facilities: It was a pleasant surprise to find such a hotel in a small county town. The facilities were comprehensive, the nightlights were well-designed, and the Xiaodu smart butler was integrated. Robots shuttled through the elevators and delivered supplies to rooms on each floor. The only drawback was that the sink was too small, and the water easily splashed out when the flow was strong.
Service: There was a security check at the hotel entrance. Although the Uyghur staff we encountered had varying levels of Mandarin proficiency, they were all very friendly and enthusiastic, proactively offering various forms of assistance.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of several high-end attractions, and taxis are easily accessible. However, the entire Shache county town felt rather gloomy."

"The hotel service was good. I had a slight cold when I checked in, but I didn't expect it to suddenly get worse. I developed a fever at 10 pm, so I called the front desk to see if they had a thermometer. A security guard brought one shortly after, and then a manager came over and asked if I needed help getting to the hospital. I felt it was just a slight fever and didn't need to go to the hospital; I thought I could just take some medicine I brought myself. Unexpectedly, the manager came over again and brought me two fever-reducing patches and two bottles of water, telling me to drink plenty of water and call the front desk if I felt unwell. Their breakfast was very plentiful, and the millet porridge was a great remedy for someone who had just been sick. When I checked out, the receptionist also asked if my cold was better and even recommended a beef noodle shop, which was quite delicious."

The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, helping us with our luggage as soon as we arrived and even offering directions to the surrounding area. The location is truly convenient; a bus stop is just 50 meters away, and within a few stops, you can reach attractions like the opening ceremony of the Old City and the century-old teahouse. The rooms were simple and clean, with comfortable pure cotton bedding. Each bed had a locker and power outlet, and the air conditioning worked well. The common areas were clean and tidy, and the 24-hour front desk was always available. Free luggage storage was also very convenient. Although breakfast isn't provided, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making the overall experience feel like staying at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kashgar with family.

Shache, a county town south of Kashgar, has a more pristine atmosphere. Staying at this hotel was very comfortable; the front desk and security staff were very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and tidy, with separate shower and toilet areas, and the shower water was excellent and at a comfortable temperature. The hotel is within 2-3 kilometers of various attractions in the old town, and there is parking available downstairs. There's also a good Hunan restaurant nearby. The hotel's breakfast offers a variety of options and is great value for money.

Guest UserThe room was non-smoking, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered. The room was generally clean, and the breakfast selection was limited. The reminder was until 11:00 AM, but we didn't get to eat until 10:30 AM, and the staff said they didn't have any fried eggs. The whites of the boiled eggs were yellow, and they felt like they were left overnight. The kitchen smelled like the bathroom, and there were flies everywhere. It was a world of difference compared to the Home Inn in Ruoqiang. The staff were quite friendly, giving us a watermelon upon check-in and even visiting us after check-out.

Parking was super convenient as they have their own lot. I'm very particular about parking; I always worry about my car getting dinged by other car doors when I'm traveling. We booked the most basic room, but since we arrived at the hotel around midnight with a child, the staff member at the front desk immediately upgraded us to their best suite so we could rest more comfortably. The hotel breakfast was just so-so.

Guest UserThe hotel is great. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel rate is reasonable. Location is within the city. You can walk to the old city, or take a didi which cost 5yuan. There are some nice restaurants next to the hotel. I had lunch at the Steamboat restaurant ( which seems popular with the local), and I enjoyed it.

Guest UserI accidentally broke into a very beautiful place, a group of ”old guys” who are very Monet and very diligent and work overtime until two in the morning~
It was four o'clock in the morning with the boss lady. Listening to her stories and the vision of the space she created, as well as her sense of strength to persist in doing it, made me feel like I was going back to the time when I was a backpacker more than ten years ago. I hope everyone can feel the energy of warmth, love and tolerance~
I can’t wait to come back to Yarkand, looking forward to the Xiko coffee in the store, the reading club of local Uighur children, the completed painting studio, picture books... and the teahouse in the old city, the VIP ”old site”... Of course, the room and yard must be It’s unexpectedly tasteful. Everyone is welcome to come and explore for treasure~ It’s definitely worth the trip. Thank you for meeting me🙏

Guest UserCome to Shache to play, bring a family, the front desk service is patient and meticulous, call before check-in to consult the worry and doubts in the store after the dispelling, and give a free upgrade room type. With children, the parent-child room was upgraded intimately. The room is clean and tidy, the most important thing is that there is a disposable toilet pad. Many hotels don't have it. This detail makes me feel at ease. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and consulted the sa car to play. The front hall lady patiently explained the guidelines. The stay experience was very good. I went to eat the recommended roast pigeons, as well as local snacks. Miss Sister recommended Kazanqi Street. The service at this price is worthy of praise and recommendation.

It was a pleasant surprise to have such a youth hostel in a not very famous place like Shache. The owner is a very warm and simple auntie who will provide you with travel strategies and a lot of useful information. If you arrive late and don't have dinner, she will cook instant noodles for you and take your luggage. It really feels like home. I ate a lot of delicious food in Shache. I hope her youth hostel will continue to operate. I will stay here next time I come to Shache. The trip to Shache was very happy.
