"I stayed here for a few day prior to a tour starting. The room was spacious and I had a nice view of the beach/pool area. The hotel is very well kept and was in a good location, within walkable distance to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The beach bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and pool attendant were extremely friendly. The food at breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. It was very relaxing couple of days which was exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend this hotel."

This is very good place for the single female traveller. It is very quiet because no kids allowed. Just fine being part of the lagoon with the whole bunch of different birds that you are generally see in your country of origin you’re from Europe.
I generally don’t eat much of the menu apart from the curries which are superb. They are not many Sri Lankan dishes. The pool is the longest pool in Hotel in Sri Lanka in the hotel was designed by one of Sri Lanka’s most well-known architects. The design of the whole Hotel and the rooms really compelling to move and I come to this hotel again and again. You get quite a good discount if you stay there after a number of days.

Guest UserThe villa is located in the nymombo area, 7 minutes walk to the sea, we got a room with all the facilities and mini-suitable with a refrigerator and teapot, hot water was always (except for half day after the rain), the room itself is very comfortable, With the Baldakhines from mosquitoes, a bunch of roseets, wai-faem (after the rain is not very stable).
We in Sri Lanka for the first time and more wanted to focus on tours and... the owner of the villa offered us the most optimal option - an individual three-day tour on a car with a driver on all the sights we wanted and Even more (even on the tower of Ambulwava took and guessed the arrival of the train on the 9-thiaroic bridge and then travelling on the train itself through the bridge to another province), with a night in the best hotels of the region! At the same time the price was lower than the offers of local tours for two-day tours. And the hosts organized a transfer from and to the airport! Everything was clear and without overlaps!
General impressions - Nemombo non-residential area, sea and coast are not the cleanest, but this villa as a transit base or as a place from where you can go to see the country clearly can be recommended!
And a separate thank you to Judith for the responsiveness and very delicious food! 🫶🏼

It suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety

The hotel was very nice and smiling Jess girl, very fast settled in the room, breakfast was continental for our choice, delicious but coffee soluble. The pool is good, medium size, we often swam in it. To the sea go minutes 7, the sea in November with waves and dirty, the beach is not very clean, lots of locals and Hindus. In general the hotel is very good, it is used for rest after a long flight.

Convenient resort hotel
The location is in the alley at the end of the section, which is relatively biased, but it is also convenient
On the day of check-in, the manager upgraded us to the family room and got a large space, very good! It was seven or eight o'clock when we checked in. The manager Mr. Mareen was very warm and received a delicious juice 🍹! The check-in process is also very concerned about our needs and safety, which is very heartwarming.
However, the hotel facilities are a bit old and there are many traces of use. Be careful that there is no hair dryer, spare parts and slippers in the room (but we have them ourselves), the TV may not operate, it is impossible to watch.
Because it is located at the beach, there are really a lot of mosquitoes. We played mosquitoes all night, and maybe the tenants went to the beach and brought too much sand. The floor and bathroom mats were a little traces. We prefer to step on barefoot. I really feel that cleanliness can be strengthened!
By the way, the seafood restaurant recommended by the manager is very delicious 😋

A very pleasant trip! Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Since it was our honeymoon, they even gave us a small cake! The room was spacious, though the furniture was a bit dated, but the view was fantastic, directly facing the infinity pool and the beach. In the mornings, you can go to the beach to watch fishing; there are so many seagulls and crows, and even dogs! If I ever stay here again, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Good location. they don't have a spa but when i was booking they showed me they have a spa. The room was very hot because my room was on the 2nd floor, The hotel was also just two floors. Balcony was very nice you can see the sea from balcony.

The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The breakfast is self-service with a wide variety of options, and the fruits and banana yogurt are well received. Check-in was very fast, and I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. I gave the guy who carried the luggage a tip of 100 rupees, and he seemed very happy. What I was not satisfied with was that I booked a superior king-size bed room, but ended up getting a double standard room. I don't know if there was a problem with the system. Also, the plug of the washbasin was blocked, and I didn't know how to open it🥹
