Shanglin Hotels with Wifi

"Overall it’s one of the better hotels in central Shanglin overlooking a man-made lake with a walk / run track around the perimeter.  Close to night market and restaurants.  Only reason I don’t give an excellent rating is that our first assigned room was dirty (sticky floor) and had some damage.  We got moved across the hall and the second room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet.  Not sure why we were such a poor room when the hotel had plenty of rooms available.  Breakfast buffet was satisfactory - good bowl of noodle soup and fried eggs available."

"Bring a one-and-a-half-year-old baby to Shanglin Yisong B&B, the experience is full 💯! The room was clean and tidy, the hanging mountain bathtub and the infinity pool had a great view, and the baby was fascinated by the window to see the mountain view. "The environment and the view from the room were particularly beautiful. The staff were warm, friendly, and generous. We were offered a free afternoon tea on our check-in day. There was plenty of fruit left, and the manager even invited the staff to join us for a meal. You could sense the harmonious and joyful working atmosphere. It's a few kilometers from the county town, not too far. The winding mountain road is quite winding, but fortunately, there wasn't much traffic entering and exiting the mountain, so we didn't have any trouble with oncoming traffic. The restaurant served homely Cantonese cuisine, which was quite good. There's no elevator, but the manager offered to help carry our suitcases upstairs. The lattes and Americanos at the coffee shop downstairs were average, but the atmosphere was pleasant. There was no refrigerator in the room, so we had to rely on the coffee shop downstairs for refreshing drinks. The coffee shop might consider selling mung bean soup or herbal tea, as elderly and children can't handle coffee."

"This is a newly opened guesthouse in the county town. The rooms are very stylish, cozy, and comfortable. The owner is warm and hospitable. I didn't expect to find such a great place to stay in this small town. There's a lively night market nearby selling late-night snacks. The accommodation, food, and entertainment were all perfect. Most importantly, the hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea and coffee, making this winter feel warm and cozy. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😀😀😃"

"Very satisfied! So far, the most satisfying homestay experience. One: We booked a duplex floor double room. The original plan was for two adults with two babies and young babies. The plan changed later, and an adult female friend was added. When we wanted to book an extra room, the room was sold out. At first, I was very embarrassed, afraid that Superman would be rejected or embarrassed by the store. We have prepared an extra bed. I never thought that the duplex homestay we set was very spacious up and down, and the store was very enthusiastic. We all had questions and answers to our requirements. Second, there is no extra surcharge. Free breakfast every day (porridge, minced tomato noodles, eggs, sweet potatoes and other coarse grains) free venue barbecue really surprised us! Because I have experienced a lot of temporary extra charges! Third, the environment of the homestay is particularly good, the view can overlook the whole mountain, the mountain is very cool, it is a good place to escape the heat, and it also has its own swimming pool. The swimming pool is very beautiful and the water is very clean. The stream on the top of the mountain is flowing in. The difference between the flowing water and the sulfur dioxide water quality of the swimming pool is really big. Very comfortable and cool, and the skin of several of us is not tight in the pool for a day. By the way, there is also a big golden retriever, very docile sister, usually locked in the cage, eating by the famous staff led the rope out, my son is most afraid of dogs, but he is not afraid of this golden retriever, why is not a fate? Fourth, the food is cooked by the famous boss chef. Tell the boss half a day in advance what you want to eat every day and prepare ingredients for the boss. Good quality and cheap, delicious. 5. There is a Xitan near the homestay. The boss enthusiastically recommended us to go. He also gave me a video chat with his finger road hahaha. In the last half day, we went to Xitan to have a good time, and the photos were also very good. There was no garbage cleaning fee here. So we are also conscious of taking away the garbage ourselves, and everyone is responsible for protecting the environment. Six. We left on Sunday afternoon. The boss enthusiastically helped us carry the boxes and gave us souvenirs (bear-shaped square towels and which fan). I was really surprised because the first time I received such a meaningful gift, the children were very happy. The store is really attentive. I will come back next time haha"
