Lille Hotels with Free Parking.

Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Very conevnient location if you are travelling or having a short stay. It's on the opposite of the Lille trainstation. For those coming by car, hotel has no parking but there are garages just next to it, costs about 30€extra for a whole night to park the car. Otherwise hotel very clean, feels safe and staff is friendly. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. No Gluten-free things, would need to ask in advance. Room are spacious and clean. I would stay again if I'd be nearby.

Service was excellent and gentleman on reception was extremely helpful. Getting into the car park is confusing as we were not given a code, we had to phone hotel to get the code.  This needs to appear on the booking confirmation in future. But the guy on reception was very explanatory on the phone and sorted it very quickly. L

Unfortunately, the information on trip isn't entirely accurate. According to the photos, there should be a bathtub. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. Furthermore, the room was in need of some maintenance. For example, the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working and the shower head was broken. Regarding service, we didn't receive any clean towels after the first day, even though the old ones were just lying on the floor. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. However, the location is perfect. Very close to the city center. We actually expected more, even though it wasn't bad. We give it a 7.

Tho hotel is good in a very good location. The room is clean, The breakfast was disappointingly limited with withered fruit, broken coffee machine and staff providing delayed service.

Bon hôtel, extrêmement bien situé, personnel agréable et sympathique. Espace petit déjeuner cependant trop étroit et isolation phonique problématique.

We travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, satisfying all your cravings. The only downside was that the room was a bit cold; it's perfect for a short trip during the Chinese New Year holiday.

Everything you needed was there, but not more. Very basic minimum. We were satisfied, the room was quite small, same the bathroom, but not too small. Personnel was friendly and check in and out times were good. It’s quite okay for the price, guess you won’t find better places for that price. It was clean and warm.
