An ink-wash scenery resides in the bend of Qiupu River, while egrets glide gracefully past Huizhou-style verandas.
Nestled in the serene river bend of Qiupu River in Shitai, Julong Bailuwan Resort Hotel is embraced by rolling green mountains and rippling clear waters, recreating an elegant mountain retreat in southern Anhui. Inheriting the design philosophy of Cheng Jiyue, a national master of Huizhou ancient architecture and classical gardens, the hotel perfectly integrates the classic charm of Huizhou architecture with the minimalist aesthetics of modern Neo-Chinese style.
Laid out in staggered layers along the natural terrain of the river valley, the hotel takes distant mountains as its backdrop and the gentle river as its companion. The soft curved outlines of the buildings echo the undulating mountain ranges, while expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows dissolve the boundary between indoor spaces and natural landscapes, allowing refreshing mountain winds and graceful egret silhouettes to flow into every corner of the hotel.
The hotel enjoys convenient access to renowned scenic spots including Guniujiang Scenic Area, Zuishanye Scenic Resort and Qiupu River Rafting. It offers a peaceful retreat away from worldly hustle and bustle, while keeping all the splendid landscapes of southern Anhui within easy reach. Rooted in the picturesque charm of Qiupu River and Bailu Bay, the hotel sincerely welcomes guests from all over the world to settle in this Huizhou-style mountain resort and indulge in an unforgettable poetic dwelling experience.
"The room facilities are simple and the bedding is comfortable. The indoor sanitation is cleaned, but the balcony is slightly insufficient. Under the natural ecological environment, pay attention to the balcony spider web. The hotel garden design is nice, the hotel is facing the Qiupu River Bailu Bay, the bay view is invincible, the rainy season, the river water presents different colors with the upstream rain. Hotel service, efficient and welcoming front desk, restaurant responsive. During the stay, 2 nights of dinner were solved in the Bailu restaurant. Compared with the surrounding local restaurants, there are more oil and high salt, that is, the characteristics of Anhui cuisine and the flavor of Shitai are retained, which is relatively light and delicious."
