"This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

Location: Great location, close to Liuzu Resort, very close to Guo'en Temple and the park, there are many choices in the surrounding farmhouses! Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious. Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean. Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home. This is a very pleasant and satisfying stay, highly recommended to other travelers! Looking forward to coming back next time."

"The room is large enough, with a 2.4-meter bed, allowing a family of three to lie down without disturbing each other. There was a coffee table for making tea, with a large bottle of water, and they also gave me some nice tea from the owner's own tea garden. I bought two bags before leaving. "We went on the seventh day of the year, and it was not early to go to the day, and the attitude of the front desk was very good. We had a problem with the socket in the room at the beginning. The water was short-circuited. The waiter was particularly patient to help us solve it twice. After finding that it was the socket problem, he helped us change to the next room. The whole process was emotionally stable and the problem was solved well. The new room was comfortable overall and the next stay was smooth. The room is smart, call ”Hello Xiaoxi” to turn on the air conditioner, listen to music, open the curtains, and switch the lighting mode. The robot delivers things and the front desk responds quickly. The floor of the room should be gelatinous, so don't worry about the carpet hiding mites. Two windows can convection. I was worried about the lack of options for breakfast before, but I found that it was quite rich. There were also freshly hot noodles (new rice noodles were delicious), and there was a steamer for morning tea (not many but very pleasantly surprised), soy milk was said to be hand-grinded. There are other things that will not be repeated. The parking lot is also very convenient, -1 floor can be parked. There are also many places to eat snacks around. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the Liuzu tourist area. The road will also pass Wen's factory."

"The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains. The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊"
