"Initially, we were assigned room 20 on the corner, which was far too hot, and the air conditioning was ineffective. We later switched to a more suitable room type, which was much better. During the National Day holiday, the price increased slightly, but it still offered good value for money. The location is central, parking is convenient, and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The pillows were a bit too high and soft, not ideal for children. Xinxing is quite an off-the-beaten-path destination, but the town itself is very clean, making for a very comfortable holiday trip."

"The overall environment is well decorated, the room is spacious enough, and the design is Chinese with a Zen feel (maybe it has just opened, there is still some decorative smell when you enter the door, it is recommended to add some fireless aromatherapy). There is hot spring water in every room. The bath is different from the regular bathtub, it is large and comfortable. The towels in each room are placed in the disinfection cabinet and can be used with confidence. The breakfast is rich, the boiled eggs are very good (super tender), and the pastries such as egg tarts are also good. The à la carte dinner stir-fry is also good, with large portions and good taste!"

"Had a great holiday trip, the price basically didn't increase, and the service was excellent. We even got an upgrade to a high-floor river-view room. The location is superb; it's about a 30-minute drive to attractions like Guon Temple, which is quite reasonable. There's a mall right downstairs from the hotel, making it very convenient for dining and getting bubble tea. It's also not far from Dongjie and Miaojie."

"This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

"The check-in experience is good. It is better to live on the 2nd floor or above, with better views. It may be a bit noisy below the 2nd floor. The service attitude is very good. When I met the manager, he took the initiative to take me to the room. The food is good. I also had dinner here. The products are quite good. The breakfast is also quite rich. Although it is not the richest, the products are comparable to those of 5-star hotels, especially the beef brisket noodles and fried rice. I forgot to take a bag when I had dinner. The waiter came to return it to us when I had breakfast the next day. It is worth a thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hot spring pool in the room is very large and deep, larger than the hot spring pools in other places. It can accommodate 10 people, although there are only 3 of us. The room facilities are OK, and the bathrooms are all privacy glass. Unlimited mineral water, and fruit cola are also provided. There are still some shortcomings. The smell of glue on the wall should be the smell of wallpaper glue. It is recommended to strengthen ventilation, open the door for ventilation every day, and do formaldehyde removal several times. Put plants in the room. Guo'en Temple is right next to it, only a ten-minute walk away, which is very convenient. There is also a wetland park to visit, and some people are camping and drinking afternoon tea, which is quite relaxing."

"The epitome of style over substance. The most common sign in this hotel is "Watch Your Step" – why on earth does a hotel have so many steps?! I twisted my ankle before even getting to my room! The service is equally backward; staff are more concerned about not getting penalized by the hotel than ensuring customer satisfaction. I took my child to the outdoor pool and repeatedly explained I was just supervising and wouldn't be swimming myself. My child was wearing a swim cap, but we were still denied entry because I, the adult, wasn't wearing one! When I tried to reason with them, the lifeguard just said, "Don't make it difficult for him..." Thank goodness I only booked one night!"

"1. The room had an unpleasant odor and a musty smell. We contacted the front desk, and Auntie Ya came to check and spray air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was rather poor; she used water as air freshener, which we later discovered. She said it would start to smell fresh after spraying, but we didn't notice the smell at all. We immediately asked Auntie Ya to use a different air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was really problematic. 2. The breakfast was poor; there was nothing to eat, and no chef was making noodles on the spot. And there was no coffee. 3. The location is excellent, the front desk staff were very polite and friendly, and the service was very good."
