"⭐⭐⭐☆☆ 💰 Price / Value for Money – Mixed Good location and very friendly staff, but the lack of soundproofing and room amenities significantly affects the stay. 💡 Tip – Take cash and preferably the exact amount for the bus ticket (2.5 € purchased directly from the driver). If possible, ask for a room far from the elevator area. ✅ Would I Recommend? Yes, with reservations Good location, not far from Disneyland and Val d’Europe. Bus stop is only 2–3 minutes by foot. Underground parking available for 10 € per night, or limited free unofficial parking outside near the rubbish bins (~14 spots). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Bartender adjusted cocktails according to our requests, and they tasted amazing. Nice extras like free gummy bears and a water station near reception. Bathroom radiator dries towels and washed clothes quickly. 🚫 Downsides No safe, fridge, balcony, phone, coffee machine, kettle, slippers, or bathrobes. Water leaks from the shower onto the bathroom floor. Terrible soundproofing: street noise, neighbors, bathroom sounds, and even objects dropped on carpet floors could be heard clearly. Elevator waiting times can reach up to 5 minutes during busy hours. Strong automatic fragrance diffuser near the elevator released excessive spray, making it uncomfortable to breathe while waiting. City tax is quite high (~8 € per person/night), though this is government-regulated. 🌍 Our Background – 2 adults, visited Paris several times before and came mainly to explore the surroundings rather than the city center."

"There's a shuttle to Disney, but be aware that some of the evening shuttles go to the city center, so you need to check carefully! The hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own. The supermarket next door sells toothpaste and toothbrushes, but no slippers. The room has a gas stove, so if you have time, you can buy groceries at the supermarket and cook. The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious breads and many types of yogurt. The deposit was 150 Euros, and they required payment by Visa or Mastercard. The deposit was refunded on the evening of check-out."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The check-in process was incredibly easy, and parking was highly accessible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Plus, the location is perfect—there is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away that takes you straight to Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved this hotel from the Halloween decorations in the reception area all decorated for Halloween , friendly staff and a very clean look throughout the hotel , my room was amazing as was like a mini apartment with fridge , microwave , cooker and even a dishwasher , I also had a balcony so in the summer it would be amazing to sit outside ,the room was very clean and the pillows probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a bed The main reason I booked this as it was close to Disneyland and each day I walked there and it was literally 3 roads and your in Disney and was so so easy and saved the stress and worry of buses or taxis If I ever go back to Disneyland Paris again this hotel is first on my list , if it was the middle of summer they have a pool They have a few handy areas for drink and food if you need anything and just round the corner is a big food court and shops so really it’s perfect One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in , I felt very warm and comfortable there for the 4 nights I stayed"

"The hotel is well located, just 18 minutes by bus from Disneyland. Within walking distance, the grocery store. friendly service. very clean room. It's very small, but if you look at it as a place to stay between visits to Disneyland, it's a great option. I recommend 100%"

"Don't miss this hotel if you're going to Disneyland or La Vallée Village! The location is great and super convenient! Right across from the hotel is a shopping center with a supermarket, a drugstore, and various local brand stores. La Vallée Village is less than a 15-minute walk from the end of the shopping center. The shuttle bus to Disneyland has different schedules for peak and off-peak seasons. During peak season, the last bus in the morning is at 11:30 AM. However, if you stay for the fireworks at Disneyland, you likely won't get on the first shuttle back. If you're rushing, I suggest leaving a bit early, right after the show, and walking briskly to the bus stop. The front desk service is excellent; they're very responsive and helpful, and you can store your luggage after checking out. After check-in, a staff member even came to check in on us! If rooms are available, you can pay for early check-in, which is great if you arrive on an early flight and need to rest. We took Uber a lot because we had a lot of luggage. An Uber from Charles de Gaulle Airport was about 50 euros, and a taxi back to the city center (Arc de Triomphe) took about an hour and a half and cost around 65 euros due to traffic. The RER A station is only a 2-3 minute walk away, which is very convenient."

"Great location. Next door to a great shopping centre, walk through and you have very easy access to Disney and Paris. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, lovely downstairs. Only fault would be corridors etc are a little dated, but it is a hotel that fits exactly what we needed at a great price. Will definitely return here when I am in the area again and recommend to my family and friends"

"A great hotel in a very convenient location - not too far from the train station and only one stop away from Disneyland. Close to La Vallee shopping village which has great shops, cafes and supermarkets. The rooms were good and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with good kitchen facilities to make your own meals. We stayed here either side of our stay at a Disneyland resort and were able to leave our big luggage here while we went to Disneyland which was very helpful."
