"Staff were nice and friendly, location is great and beds comfy (pillows a bit on the hard side for my taste), bug overall a good sleep.
The breakfast is basic but ok, croissants and muffins are good but the sausages looked quite reheated and scrambled eggs were quite rubbery. I opted to have toast, fruit and yoghurt and not the cooked breakfast as I did not enjoy it.
I was surprised there is no mini fridge or safe in the room, nor hair conditioner or body lotion. But I forgot my tooth paste and they did provide some so that was good."

"Our superior king room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Very large bathroom too with a large bath and separate shower cubicle. Bed was very comfortable and the room had lovely views. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We drove to the hotel from the A38 to the hotel and the lanes were narrow (as are many lanes in Devon and Cornwall) but the drive through Haldon Forest was beautiful. We drove out the other way through Ide village onto the A30 which was a bit wider! Would definitely stay again."

Nice hotel with a large car park, discounted if paid in the hotel. Staff were friendly, particularly Nikki and Mya. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean. There’s an air conditioning unit and a separate heater if needed too. Did not hear any traffic especially where the hotel is situated. Overall, a lovely stay."

"We stayed for just one night. A much better experience than we had expected, given some of the recent reviews.
The room was large and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and had a lovely, spacious walk-in shower.
The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
Our only negative was that the car park was absolutely full when we arrived at 3:30pm … and the staff checking us in couldn’t have cared less!"

"Stayed here before but first time since OYO took it over from Mercure. Very central and well equipped hotel. Very dog friendly and very welcoming staff. Only complaint is the limited parking which costs £12.50 Per day if you can get a slot. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Definitely stay here again when in the City."

Amazing
SSan NaikLower Thorton farm a set in idyllic farm location. It’s beautiful surroundings and scenery makes anyone ignore the travel time to the south West. The accommodatio at the property is well attended For and catered by Alison who keeps it meticulously clean . Location is very quiet and peaceful and would entice anyone looking for a good couple of days of getaways into the quiet nature.
GGuest UserOnly stoped the night great customer service from the staff the hotel is nice and clean and the room had shower and bath and the double bed was really comfy tea and coffee facilities in the room excellent stay
BBig fafaThe hotel is located close to the city, very convenient, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the staff are very hard to entertain, walking to the Central train station is very close
GGuest UserVery well placed for the Sandy Park Exeter Chiefs rugby club. The hotel is clean, staff helpful & friendly & maintained to a high standard. Food is a bit expensive but nice. Breakfast is buffet style & has many choices. We use this hotel regularly & recommend it
GGuest UserOur driver stays in hotels all over the UK while transporting vehicles for our business, and he says this is by far one of the best places he stays. The hotel is consistently very clean, the service from the staff is excellent, and everything is well organised and comfortable.
A major advantage for us is the parking. It is very convenient for larger vehicles, and our driver is able to park a truck and trailer without difficulty, which is not always easy to find when travelling for work.
Because of this, whenever we have jobs in the Exeter area, this is always the hotel he prefers to stay at. Highly recommended and we will definitely continue using it whenever we are in the area.
CchenkeValue for money indeed. Never expect such a spacious and well-refurbished room at such an amazing price. Would recommend it to anyone who visit Exeter since it’s located exactly at the city centre and within 10 or 15 minutes walk from both railway stations.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the station, so it was not difficult even with my carrier. The hotel staff was very friendly and tried to provide me with good service. The hotel room was nice, but the shared bathroom was inconvenient. Of course, there weren't many guests and it wasn't crowded, so I didn't have any inconvenience in using the bathroom, but it was a little inconvenient to have to leave the room to use the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel breakfast was good, and everything else was good.
SSan NaikAs usual with my frequent visit to this area I find Woodbury Park hotel has been my preferred place to stay. Staff are lovely kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel satin a very picturesque location surrounded by pleasant scenery. Hotels and rooms are very clean and well attended to. Restaurant services are clean and impeccable. Credit goes to the chefs and the team who managed the service. I have had a pleasant breakfast service during my stay at Woodbury. I hope the staff and the team at Woodbury keep up the good work and encourage us to use them during my future trips to the area.
HHONGYANGBecause I went to school here seven years ago, this is the hotel closest to the train station. I came out and it didn’t take two minutes to walk. This time I came back for honeymoon. Because it’s close to the station, it’s convenient to go anywhere. The rooms are normal and soundproofed. The breakfast is too good. My daughter-in-law likes coffee. Costa’s special breakfast is better than holiday inn, but the room is not as good as the holiday inn in London. Next time I come to Ai Village, I will stay here again. Recommend BTW The second one is the Chinese restaurant we used to eat. The third one next is my student dormitory, not far from the hotel, and finally put a photo of my alma mater to miss cu next time.
