"I would definitely use the hotel again for an early morning flight. So convenient! I was surprised how quiet it was despite the proximity to the planes. The wet room is tiny and we had to use one of the towels to dry the floor before we could use the sink & toilet....we didn't get the hang of the coffee machine but no bother as there is a free hot drinks room close by...not a great view but no worries, we were just there to sleep. We ate out at Wetherspoons and used our room key to get 20% discount...."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct covered walkway from Gatwick Airport to the lobby. The room decor is decent, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The room view is great, offering sight of planes taking off and landing. The hotel staff are very service-oriented, and the room amenities are well-stocked, though slippers are not provided. The hotel's public facilities are complete, but the bathtub in the bathroom shower is a bit high. Overall, it's pretty good."

"It's a no frills hotel. Got the job done. I booked as I have an early morning flight like many others who stay in this hotel (or those arriving late at night) Story: so I came to the hotel about one and a half hours early, around 1330-ish. The front desk staff said I can ”check in early” for £50. That's almost what I paid for the booking for a mere 90 min of stay. Point no 1. Point no 2. Context: I haven't read through the hotel policy prior. So I asked the front desk staff if I could leave my luggage there so that my wife and I plus our baby could go grab a bite in the town while waiting for 3 pm. The staff could have easily said no and I would have understood. No biggie. But then he said something ridiculous, that I can store my 3 pieces of luggage for £3 each as a donation for a children's hospital. Now if the hotel policy is no storage just said so, no need to try guilt trip customers into paying for something when it's clearly your KPI to achieve, not mine. Stop deceiving and guilt tripping costumers."

"Overall, it was excellent, both the service and hygiene. The breakfast, in particular, was incredibly rich and varied. The only thing to be aware of is the route to get there. Once you pass the immigration inquiry counter, just ask the staff how to get to the Hilton Hotel. The airport has very clear signs leading to it. Once you're out of the Hilton, just walk around the area in front of the hotel, and you'll be there. It should originally take about ten minutes, but we initially took the wrong exit and wasted a lot of time."

"The location is quite tricky, it is not really a road but an alley. But other than that the hotel is really good, really clean, quite new and big, the bed is comfy, theres also good meal deals. Staff are friendly and nice. Highly recommend it as it’s relatively cheaper than other hotels. You can follow Google map for the route to hotel, don’t doubt it cuz I did and wasted some time haha. Oh, You can book the shuttle bus too."

"Small and cozy room with a perfect location for an early flight. Slept remarkably well and was not disturbed by other guests, will book again next time I have the misfortune of an early flight out of LGW!"
