"The positives.. The hotel was ideal for a one night stay, prior to embarking on a cruise at Piraeus. The location was ideal, very near to the Metro, and the hotel provided a free transfer to the port (albeit in an electric golf buggy!) The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent.
The negatives.. The air conditioning was very poor, and, despite the room having its own digital control panel, the temperature and airflow was actually controlled by a master control panel at reception. This meant having to contact reception each time you wanted to change the temperature or fan speed. The other real down side was the breakfast.. It consisted of a cardboard box (that had to be collected from reception) which contained a myriad of (overly) sweet pastries, a tiny ham and tomato bun, a hard boiled egg and some other mysterious type of flapjack.. Not what we ere expecting!
To be fare, if we were in Piraeus again we would use this hotel, but we would take the room only option!"

"Since we arrived in the early morning, we were informed beforehand that check-in would be late, and because we were taking a night ferry the next day, we were also informed that there would be an extra charge for a later check-out.
The front desk service was excellent; they answered all my transportation questions very helpfully.
The room facilities were quite stylish, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, allowing me to sleep well after a tiring flight.
It's located near the E7 boarding gate, and there are several restaurants and small shops selling bread and burritos nearby, which is very convenient.
The hotel breakfast was also delicious. The only downside was the poor drainage in my room's bathroom, which made the floor wet while showering less than ideal. Everything else was great!"

"This hotel is super close to the port. We got back from Santorini around 11 PM, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The only downside is they don't offer complimentary bottled water; you have to buy it, but luckily we had our own. The room arrangement wasn't great either. We got a connecting room, which has a door between two rooms, essentially turning it into a large family suite. It felt a bit unsafe, and the soundproofing was terrible. It sounded like the people next door were also just staying for one night after a boat trip, and even though we arrived one after the other, we could hear their conversations clearly. 😒"

"This gem of a hotel in the port is fantastic. Tasteful furnished, roomy and very clean it has everything you need to a stay before boarding a cruise. We arrived very late at night and were greeted warmly and were checked in in no time. The WiFi is free and fast and the included buffet breakfast was very welcome. I would certainly stay again if I was boarding a cruise which is just a short walk away."

"We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was really nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a free street parking in front of the hotel. Many restaurants and shops in a walking distance from the hotel. Very close to the port to take the ferry to any island. The only negative thing we found was that we can hear the disturbing noise from the street and the walkway in front of the room almost all night."

"The room with balcony was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with breakfast, but the lady that works, is very kind. The rooms are clean and smell good. I was on the fifth floor so, I had a beautiful view. I will surely come here again."

"This is a very good and thumbs up hotel, close to metro station and bus stops. Only pity I stayed over Sunday, no shop and restaurant, but a small store with good bbq stuffs and drinks. We enjoyed very much."

"After returning from Santorini, it was already 8pm to disembark at Piraeus Port. Booked in advance for a hotel near the port and arrived in 5 minutes on foot. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, there are food, there are clothes, but it will close at 9pm. If you want to buy clothes, you need to be early. It was cold in Athens recently and I wanted to buy a coat. As a result, when the mall was closed, it happened to be closed.

"Appreciate the warm welcome by the receptionists, enjoyed the general cleanliness in the room, easy-to-use room fascilities, easy-access to the station and a supermarket!
When I arrived I felt quite strong smoky smell in the room. As the hotel was fully booked on that day, they lent me a deodorant spray and luckily it worked.
There might be other type of rooms but my room was a single room with a window, unfortunately without sunlight, and opening the window often makes the air in room even worse."

JJUAN LUISBrand new, excellent facilities. It also had a gym, and washing machines. Located in Piraeus nearby a nice walk by the sea port with some little eatires and shops but also not from from Athens downtown by public transport or even car which was my case.

GGuest UserWe were really excited. The room was super clean. All you need is available. Even a microwave, a stick and iron, coffee ped masks, water cookers, cooking plates and cookers ect. The little welcome present has surprised us in particular.
The location is also perfect. A small park is opposite and left there are restaurants that are really recommendable. In the underlying stall there are (taxable) parking facilities.
The port is just a few minutes walk.

JJimukThe hotel is very close to Matou and it is very convenient to take the ferry. The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. There is a small restaurant open 24 hours to provide free coffee and tea. Breakfast is super delicious (Western breakfast)! It is very suitable for taking a boat to different islands after breakfast.
There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel.
The room was quiet and there was basically no noise. The interior and exterior are very clean. The room space is a bit small. There are 2 uneven ground (there is a pit) on the ground, not suitable for families with children and elderly. Generally, adults pay attention to walking indoors, and the problem is not big. In summer, the air conditioning in the room is not cool enough.
The price is not high, suitable for tourists who need to wait for the next day to take the ferry.

No room cleaning during your stay or change of clean towels. Fortunately, a washing machine and dryer are available. Only one roll of toilet paper for a stay of more than a week. Towel/mat for the shower is necessary because there is a leak.
Points for improvement regarding cleaning during your stay, extra toilet paper and clean towels for longer stays.
All in all, a nice location where I will definitely stay again in the future.

EE100The hotel is great and the bed is great! The location is very convenient for all activities but there are few points that all of us have a common views.
First the water flow of the shower is bad. The water is running so slow and water is not flowing well and seems like it has been blocked by a device to prevent the usage of water.
Secondly, the toiletries provided is empty and there is nothing inside at all but only empty boxes.
Thirdly. The televisions is totally not working at all.
Maybe it’s just our luck that we were given such a lousy room.

GGuest UserHotel location is good, the surrounding coffee and breakfast are very affordable, the supermarket is very convenient, free underground parking spaces are very practical for car rental friends. The front desk service was thoughtful, there was no water heating equipment but two cups of hot water were specially provided, and the kettle we brought was filled with boiling water, which was very intimate. If you want to check in in depth in Bigang to explore history, it is worth a try. It is best to book a balcony facing the sea and bring your own slippers and toiletries.

GGuest UserBooked into this hotel by Trip as they had booked me into the wrong hotel- another story- on arrival the woman tried to charge me following trip having emailed me confirmation of payment by them following their blunder with the pervious booking. I got the impression she thought she could make a quick killing due to the confusion and me being in a tired/stressed state due to the booking blunder by Trip Which they had sorted after a little faffing around.
I was having non of it and she eventually relented. from thereon it was ok-The rest of the staff were ok and although it was inferior to the hotel I had actually booked it did the job. Basic hotel for a short stay, no facilities really but close to the ferry port and Metro for Athens. The room had a fridge which was handy and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, it is right next to the market which is interesting.
