Belitung Hotels with Wifi

"Pleasant hotel with good value for money. The location is a bit far from the city center in Tanjung Pandan (~30 km) so I had to drive quite far to find more food options (on the other hand it’s only a 10 min drive from Belitung’s top beach at Tanjung Kelayang). Nevertheless, the area around the hotel is pretty nice with good beaches abundant (despite my visit being in December when the water is less pristine) and virtually no traffic. While the room cleanliness is acceptable, for a hotel opened in 2017 I got the impression that many spots of the hotel are a bit rundown and in need of renovation/touch ups. The facilities of the hotel are quite limited (the pool is rather small & boring, the gym is very small with few equipment, the restaurant & spa personally I found not very inviting) so I find the hotel too boring for a staycation. Despite carrying the Santika Premiere brand I also find the amenities/breakfast options to be less than other Santika Premieres I’ve stayed at. I think it’s a good option for people who want to escape the crowd, and looking for an affordable hotel with okay facilities for resting after a day out exploring the attractions Belitung has to offer"

"Beautiful luxurious resort right at the beachfront. Our garden view room was private and very comfortable. Service was excellent. There are buggies to transport you around the hotel compound & to your room. Communication with staff & reception is via WhatsApp and staff & reception are easily contactable. Seasports & cycling are easily arranged with their partner vendor. There is also a pickleball court at the premise. The main restaurant serves very good food & desserts at very reasonable prices. What impressed us most was the breakfast which they took care to take our order the night before & pack for us to take along for our early morning flight back home the next day - we departed the hotel at 4.50am."

"Actually I choose this hotel because recommendations from my friends that this hotel is very close to the city. Yes that's correct. The cleanliness and amenities is quite good. But I'm shocked when I stays 2 nights and those 2 nights they put my room very close to night clubs. I have 2 kids, one is 7 years old and another one is 2,5 years old. Actually in the 1st night I asked to the receptionist, what party in that club and the sounds was very loud until we can hear very clear in our room. They said there is a private party. I thought it's only 1 night and we caving in with expectation that noise will be stop in the second night. But in the 2nd night we still hear another noise party and the sounds is louder compare to 1st night. I complain again to the receptionist, and the receptionist are offering us to moving to another room at 1 am, which is my children already sleep because they already tired during all the activities last 2 days. And we need to chasing woke up early morning at 6 am because we will back to Jakarta. So we choose to stay in our room with all those noise until 3 am with me and my wife can't sleep. What we upset was the receptionist already saw us at the lobby when check in, that I bring 2 small kids, either I already complained in the 1st night, but they still put us in the room very close to that night club. I'm very confused that the 4 star hotel in Belitung staff doesn't aware or has sensitivity with this problems. For sure they already know that event will be there, and the warned us before or give us another option from the 1st night. Hopefully, with all conditions this hotel with all of their staff can have consideration to prevent this things happened again to another family costumer."

"In general it was a good stay. We booked a superior room, but the AC did not work. Took around 2 hours for the staff to move us to another room. The good thing is they upgraded our new room to deluxe, which is much appreciated. The staff are friendly, basic amenities are available, parking is plenty. But the cleanness of the room and swimming pool, i particular can be much improved. The variety of brakfast day to day is fine, I expected coffee machine and traditional food, which were not provided."

"Credit to all the staff at the hotel—it was truly a pleasure to stay here. It’s wonderful to see genuine smiles and feel the warmth from every single person in the property. This was our first trip and also our honeymoon, which made the experience even more special. On our first day, we woke up early morning to heavy rain and strong winds, which was quite scary. We called the receptionist, and they kindly reassured us that everything was fine. Later at breakfast, Ms. Rhesa (the supervisor, I believe) approached us, checked on how we were doing, and asked if we needed anything. She also gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit around the city. Mr. Adam was also very kind and shared great suggestions for attractions. I would also like to mention Kristin and her colleagues for the wonderful greeting we received upon our arrival at night—it made us feel very welcomed from the first moment. Special thanks as well to Nora, one of the waiters, for taking great care of us on our last day. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Special credit to the management for selecting such a wonderful team to represent this great brand."

"The lady at the front desk is the most beautiful in all the hotels on this island, and she has a lovely smile. The back door of the hotel leads directly to the beach, and there is a place to wash your feet at the door, which is very user-friendly. The room was large and comfortable, a far cry from the DAFAM Hotel in Jakarta."

"It 's one of the best hotels in my age, just 11 simple, spacious nice houses drowning in flowers and greens, located in a quiet place, a little far from other hotels, all next, beach, pool, cafe (always been the Internet), houses spacious, Condei in general all convenience and at a normal price. Food in the restaurant certainly not for meat eaters, mainly seafood (very deliciously cooked), the assortment is not very large, but hungry definitely won't stay. The most important attitude, the staff of the hotel - very friendly people, respond to any requests, in our company one girl had a birthday, so they were prepared for congratulations, prepared a cake, and congratulated with us) If we fly again to Belitung, only there!!!"
