GGuest UserEverything about this place is great for a family trip, except for one of the staff members who was a bit of a buzzkill. They kept telling us what we couldn't do, and when they took us shelling, we didn't find anything. I wish the activity leaders were a bit more professional and engaging.

FFat PeterExcellence. Located in a nature reserve. The rooms are perfect. The pool, the kitchen with a very competent chef Arif and his professional and very friendly team. The Indonesian cuisine is amazing! It's a place to relax, whether alone or with family. I will go back. Plus, Belitung is a hidden paradise. Shhh, don't tell everyone, or they'll colonize it.......

AANUNG ADIthe receptionist service is friendly and fast...the barber room is big and clean...the breakfast menu is very varied and very tasty...there is a swimming pool, children can swim...it just so happens that when you arrive there is a gala dinner...extraordinarily lively and the food what is served is also very delicious...

It's just that the bathroom door can't be closed tightly. So it's not convenient. Please fix it because it really disturbs the comfort when in the toilet..
